I purchased this mower last June and it has been amazing for the cost, light weight does a fantastic job mowing and evidently the manufacturer is local to me. Only issue I’ve had is the throttle cable broke but the mower has a 2 year warranty that I registered. I called their customer service hoping to get the part. Sounds like they don’t make this mower anymore or the part at least so they sent me a replacement mower at no cost. I even got an upgrade because the exact model was out of stock. Super easy and friendly customer service.

The box the mower came in was mangled and wrapped in plastic tape. I had been tracking it's delivery. I saw it come to Lubbock It was a day early. I was alerted by UPS it was here early. I was excited. But then it went to Illinois. I watched it on the tracking window. They took 2 more days to get back to Lubbock. And I could see the torn up, boxed mower. Oh the mower was tough. It was wrapped plastic tape..The mower was ok, but the small parts were GONE! UPS' fault. A tribute to the SENIX Mower Though!🙂 And powerful. DLB of Lubbock Texas

I received the lawnmower today, and I was immediately impressed with how easy it was to get started. The packaging was simple to open, and setup was a breeze—just tighten a few screws, add oil and gas, and you’re good to go. Assembly-wise, I’d give it five stars. The engine runs well for a 125cc motor. It’s not a high-end mower, but for the price, it cuts efficiently and gets the job done. However, I did experience one issue on first use: about 30 minutes into mowing, the engine started producing a bluish-white smoke, which is usually a sign of too much oil. I followed the manual closely upon startup and double-checked the oil level twice before restarting. It smoked again briefly, so I let it cool for an hour. After that, it ran clean, and I was able to finish my yard without any further issues. I’m hoping this was just a break-in quirk and not a recurring problem. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the mower’s performance. If the motor holds up like my last Briggs & Stratton, which lasted five years, I’ll consider it a great purchase.

Bought this new in June 2024, used it about half a dozen times, and now it will start but will nit stay running. I have no idea why and I spent about an hour trying to get it to stay running. There is no customer support. A message to the manufacturer’s website 2 days ago had not been acknowleged in any way. Calls to the manufacturer’s customer support number go straight to a strange recording with no option to communicate with a person. I would not recommend this product, which cost me $259 a little over a year ago.

I have been buying used lawn mowers to try to save money. Round up costing me more than this brand new lawn mower would have been the first time. I am completely happy with this mower. Started up on the first poll and performed beautifully. Has a nice height adjustment and a shoot to push the grass away if that's what you want. It's sounds absolutely beautiful and is reasonably quiet for a lawn mower. I highly recommend.

I find this lawn mower to be a great value. It is light weight and so far, has held up great. It was also easy and quick to assemble out of the box. I am finding that this machine is also saving me time over my last push lawn mower.

Delivered on time, didn't have to assemble anything, just had to screw in the bolts that held the pushing handle. Came with a bottle of oil, you just need a long funnel to fill it. Primed it 3 times and it started up on the first pull. I set my wheels at the 2nd tallest setting and cuts really great. Only issue i had was with they way UPS delivered my mower, box was beat up, like it was dropped and the tape on the box was barely holding the box together.
