After several attempts at getting the trimmer to turn on, we decided to contact the company. The company has not responded in a timely fashion to address this problem. This is extremely disappointing since this trimmer was sorely needed. If the company rectifies the situation in a timely manner, I will update my review. The media could not be loaded. Started but would not run on its own. Only way to keep it going was to continue to push the primer button. I have had the trimmer more than a week. Was talking with customer service and still waiting for resolution. Will contact Amazon for help

This huge time saver it clears all the brush out of your way. One thing I would say is be careful when removing the cardboard on the line cutter on the side of as it very sharp.

The media could not be loaded. This trimmer is so easy to maneuver. Perfect for getting under trees and around obstacles. Extremely easy to set up. Add oil and gas and it's ready to go. Give it a minute to warm up on initial use, it will sputter a few seconds, but once it warmed up, it ripped through anything in its way.
