This light comes in different colors, so be careful when ordering. I normally order "soft white" but this time I accidentally ordered "daylight" which gives off a super white color. This light works with my hubitat hub and paired easily.

Update: I purchased an additional set of 2 bulbs and hub. The hub supports wireless internet unlike Hue hub allowing it to be placed in a much more central location for the bulbs. Also it updated firmware for the bulbs which seems to work better for me, even with Smartthings Hub. Sengled hub supports IFTTT, Alexa and Google Home but doesn't connect to Smartthings via Hub. Only Sengled WiFi Bulbs are supported for that. I wish they add support for Sengled Hub to Smartthings Hub similar to Hue system. I mostly used Hue and Lightify bulbs around my house. I wanted to try out Sengled as they are widely available and seem to be good value for money. When one of my Lightify bulbs burned out, I tried Sengled in its place and I am happy with the results. The color accuracy is good, but we lose a bit of brightness when using any colors other than the default warm white. But it is in a location where I rarely use colors so it is not much of an issue for me. It connected promptly to Smartthings and is fairly responsive. It does return to its last state when power cycled which is a complaint against my Lightify bulbs. Also I noticed that these lights don't act as zigbee repeaters but Lightify bulbs were bad repeaters and were causing instability in my network.     • (Multi-colored) Easy to pair with some caveats, nice and bright and controllable

RUNS HOT AT FULL BRIGHTNESS, be aware of that if using in an enclosed fixture. It's not as hot as a normal bulb but it has complex electronics, and heat + electronics = premature failure, so I'm hoping these last a long time (I just installed them in open fixtures, and plan on only running them at 80% level or less, even if using only a few colors). They pair really easily to HUBITAT, BUT you should reset the bulbs FIRST even right out of the package (turn them on/off rapidly at least 10 times at the light switch or a power strip -- light will "blink" 5 times when turned on the last time and left on, then it will color cycle each color then white). After resetting, the pairing and control works just fine. They have variable white balance (RGB+CW+WW led), and really nice color control through the HUBITAT software, which recognized the devices immediately by brand. Setting the delay for color changes in the settings in the HUBITAT device page makes for a nice dimmer effect when turning on and off, less jarring in a dark room, and the effect is smoother than other ZWave dimmers I have. Overall, really pleased, but these are brand new, just installed, so I hope to post a follow up after several months of daily use (wake-up lights, mood lighting, etc.). Stay tuned... ... show more

Years ago I got my first set of Hue bulbs. They were expensive, require a base, etc. Also they weren't all that bright. Fast forward to a few months ago, I went down the "Home Assistant" rabbit hole. Now I have a Zigbee hub. I tried another smart light brand that is wifi-based, and it worked fine, but it also is complex. It has an app, connecting is weird, etc. I impulse bought these just to try them out. Connected to zigbee with no hassle. They work great. Just ordered 4 more. I think I may get rid of my Hue bulbs altogether. The extra hub and BS just seems pointless now. I also like that these lights remember the settings they had when you turned them off. In the bathroom, the lights are in installed fixtures attached to the switch, and there's simply no way we'll remember not to turn it off. I could cover the switch, but my wife already thinks I'm overdoing this a bit. Now they can be auto-dimmed at night, which was really the only thing I was trying to accomplish with the smart lights in there. Edit: Updating my review. Dropped a star. We use these in the bathroom, which has a regular light switch. So, these get powered on/off several times a day. Every few days, one or two of the bulbs somehow "forgets" itself. It's the best way I can describe it. That wouldn't be a big deal, except when you first turn them on, you get a 2-3 second "disco" where the lights cycle a bunch of colors. It's made bathroom visits more interesting, but you know. Weird. I don't know how well these would work if constantly powered on. I have a couple of these bulbs in fixtures in other rooms, and they seem OK, but some of the bathroom lights also have never "forgotten" themselves, so hard to say. I will probably swap these with the hue bulbs in the living room fixtures just to avoid the disco (I enjoy it, but my wife is over it). ... show more

Good - reliable - they are always available and responsive on my zigbee network - were easy to install and work well with Home Assistant - just turn it on and register them! - colors look good and changing them works reliably To me not all colors have the same level of perceived brightness, but I think this is to be expected.
