These knives are easy to clean, a great value. I gave a 4 star on ease of use because for me the balance to put the blade in exactly the angle I want isn't perfect. However, that said, I use them differently than most. I am cutting through bagels and need the cut to be at the right angle that I don't ding a plastic plate. This is an update. The knives are nice and sharp. I'm easily able to cut whatever fruits, meats, and vegetables I need to. Hopefully they'll stay sharp for years to come, like they were advertised to do.

The knives came with sheathes so you can protect yourself and the knives in the drawer. The medium sized knife had a very sharp square point near the handle that could easily cut your finger so I dulled its point with a file.

Disappointed with a purchase, the tip of the knife broke off the first week. It also has a sharp edge near the handle, which is why I often cut myself in the process.
