Can it be rolled up smaller for storage? Like into a “pancake”? Ours can’t roll flat like that. Poles that bend like this will twist or break after repeated rolling, which is too risky. To avoid accidents, we stick with sturdier supports. How long does the waterproof bottom last? We plan to take our dog camping and want a portable tent for him. We left water inside at least 10 hrs, no leaks. Just a bit damp on the outside bottom. Fine for a night on wet grass. Just don’t soak the whole base. Seams aren’t built for full submersion. Is the bottom easy to clean? Do I need a cushion? Just wipe it clean, almost no water marks. Rinse if needed, it dries fast. Adding a cushion is a nice thought, but they trap odors and fur and may not wash well. Disposable pee pads or liners are more hygienic and way easier to handle.
