I purchased the Selfie Ring Light w/Stand and Phone Holder for the sole purpose of applying my makeup more evenly at my makeup table in the comfort of my bedroom instead of having to be in the bathroom with everything all sprawled out on the counter hindering anyone from coming in to handle their business while I was doing my makeup...lol... or even more important, I didn't feel the need to purchase one of those expensive "Hollywood" lighting systems.....I am not a movie star in a dressing room. I am at home. This light is so convenient and the lighting is fantastic. I like the different brightness levels to adjust depending on the time of day I am applying my makeup. The telephone holder comes in handy as well so I can continue conversations while applying my makeup. I have even video chat with family members without having to hold my phone while applying my makeup. I strongly recommend this light if you are not wanting a big setup; yet you still need to same lighting effect a bigger light would provide. Sorry I didn't include picture(s) because mine is set up in my bedroom and that's my private space. It looks exactly like the picture though. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.

This was selected for an executive desk that is open to view, preference for a clean look. The footprint blends (unlike a tripod) taking up minimal space, and the light extends just above the monitor for lighting perfect placement. Easy to use, connect, very sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The stand always wobbles. The light doesn't stay tight at an angle and slides down. The groves must be worn out or something. Wouldn't buy this product or recommend it. Its just not worth it. So the product itself seems like it was made OK. However, the Stan doesn't fully go into the base. And the phone holder will only hold the phone if there is no case on it. It's a slight inconvenience, but since I do do live shows, it is necessary for me to use it pretty often. And it gets to be a nuisance. I'd prefere the atand to be more sturdy. It wobbles and comes out of the base to easy. I wouldn't get a replacement of this brand.

I use this light for zoom calls for work. I like the different color temperatures and the 3 levels of light. I switch them up depending on my mood or how much makeup I decide to put on haha. Super easy to adjust to your needs with just the click of a button. The light is bright enough that it brings life to my face, but isn't so bright that it's blinding. If you don't want to plug it into your computer, you'll need a USB wall plug for power. It doesn't fall over or anything like that and isn't too heavy to move it around easily from room to room, but is heavy enough that it feels stable and substantial. No complaints from me!

I liked everything about this except for the fact that it turned off after 5 minutes due to overheating. It was so hot that the metal burned me when I unplugged the usb. I had it in a plug with 1/2 the max output so that was not the issue. It was returned.

This light turned out to be great. I was a little concerned at the outset given the low price point. But it has certainly exceeded all my expectations. I find myself using it mostly has a desk light and also to get good clear scans with my phone of documents or checks that I'm going to deposit. But the occasional selfie comes in to play sometimes with video. The selfie stick is something that works pretty well too. The only suggestion I would have would be in the next design update, tweak the on-off switch so that it can be used with a smart plug. As it is, if the light is on and the power is removed with a smart switch, the light goes out. That is to be expected. But then when the smart switch is turned on, the switch on the light has to be physically pushed. I don't really notice it, but I would have liked to be able to use it as a remote controlled light to be turned on when I'm away from my house. But as I mentioned, it is great even without this potentially available feature.

Lasted for about 6 months for me with minimal usage. Worked for what I needed it for but disappointed with the short lifespan. Are there replacement bulbs available? Update: I decided to unplug it and plug it back in and to my surprise it still works. Still curious about replacement bulbs but relieved it was a simple fix this time. Update- it’s becoming more persistent. I don’t expect it to last much longer. Bummer

This is everything you want it to be. I promise you will not regret it, as long as you get the same parts I did of course. Purchased in March 2023. Easy assembly and it is SO versatile, I use it for a nice mood light in the evenings as well, as it's on the desk in the living room, because it can tilt all the way down to be like a desk lamp if you move the circle to the right spot where it can go flatter. The ball it is on for tightening and positioning is brilliant because you can turn it every which was you could ever want, and? The light it gives my Streams on Twitch is what I would have expected from an $80 ring light. Couldn't be happier. Researched this purchase a lot by the way before settling on this one, so there's that too.
