While assembling I found piece Did NOT have a hole in the plastic to put together. I will NEVER buy an item so heavy from you again & unassembled. Your 24/7 help was poor as no one emailed me for assistance!!!! I’ve been waiting ALL day yesterday for you to pick up box & you failed miserably. I may stop my PRIME membership if it is not picked up on next business day, It should be Today!!!! It was waiting for pick up ALL day with me waiting patiently yesterday with NO results. You are well aware of thieves taking items from porches & I am tired of seeing them on the Nextdoor App almost daily. If you can deliver, you can certainly pick up on Saturday. It is too heavy for me to put in my trunk & drop off at Whole Goods. I want a refund started immediately so I can get a replacement at Petco or Petsmart where item is already assembled, I should have picked out one when I adopted a 4 month old kitten.

We have had the product for about a month, we have 1 adult cat and 1 kitten. The good is you obviously don't have to scoop it everytime or even every day. However after a couple days you can notice the odor so I end up dumping the bin in our litter genie. Bad news is it is cumbersome to clean. Its 3 parts plus the litter mat and the unit is large so varely fits in my laundry room sink. It also gets covered in poop inside. Overall it runs pretty well, the sensors have been good. My kitten gets a kick out of watching it clean itself. Its been very good when we aren't home and it scoops by itself.

My cats are 5 years old, they would not adapt to this Round enclosure. They were accustomed to going in an enclosed rectangle little box. One of my cats is only 15 pounds but she is too big in size, not weight, to utilize the round cat little area. However, this is an excellent automatic little box for other cats. Another thing was taking it apart to be cleaned, alot of parts to put back together, however, they were well marked and all you had to do was match the letters or numbers. After 2 times doing it, it was much easier. These are my pros and cons. If I was starting our with younger, smaller cats - they would adapt to this much easier.

This self cleaning litter box is a life saver! Very easy to utilize, no smell or mess, no leakage. Setup was a little tricky but there have been zero issues with the build after setup (been using it for 1 month). The litter box is a bit pricey but worth every penny in the amount of time it’s saved me and convenience. My larger 15 lb cat has no issues getting in and out, she adjusted right away.

Just received this a couple days ago and my cat immediately went to it after a few hours of staring at it. I left my other box near by just in case he wouldn’t have it. It was easy to assemble other than I did take some time getting all the latches together. The app works great and I’m constantly looking at it to see if he uses it when I’m not home and he does! Reason I had to go this route is my cat wouldn’t poop in his old manual box with one remaining poop left behind. I’m saving the landfill by not tossing so many bags a day. I was literally scooping 3 to 4 times a day for one cat. I wasn’t pleased with still smelling the box so I purchased some bathroom plug in alternatives and placed under the bag which helped tremendously. I love the durability of this litter box. I feel the price was a little steep but I feel like in the long run I’m saving time and money. This uses less litter and I never have to scoop again. Wish it had lights and weighed my cat but other than that. The app is basic and fun to monitor and brag at work about.

This malfunctions all the time, leaving my cat with no where to go but the floor. The drum is also small for larger cats. He kicks litter out while he's cleaning almost every time. Im ordering something else and putting this out with the garbage this week. We have had two other brands of automated litter boxes and this is by far the worst one we've owned. Ill be buying a second one of the other brands.
