Leaked along seam where it was not sealed first day, which left us without for out 4th of July fun. I contacted customer support as listed in the owners manual and did not hear back. Packing it up for return. Really wanted it to be the one. Looks like seam failed same place as another reviewer said.

What a cool idea! We have kayaks but these travel SO much better. Saw a paddle board with a kayak seat at a big name wholesaler but they wanted $400 for it. Found these online and the kit is COMPLETE with everything you need. I do suggest a battery or electric pump though. First, the COLORS! We got his and hers in different colors which match our style. They are heavy rubber with reinforcement around the seating/standing area. There was a strap holding the paddle board folded, then another to keep it snug inside the "backpack". I say backpack but fully loaded, you're not going to want to go far with it. The backpack is large enough to hold all the parts you need. We have 2-part kayak paddles which fit in the pack as well. Inflating was easy with a battery powered pump. It took a few minutes to get it mostly there. The gasket is locked so opening it won't cause air to come out. You need to twist on a hose which you connect to the manual air pump. In our case, we just attached the hose and held it to our powered pump. Even after that, it took another 20 or so pumps to get it to where we wanted it. Hooking up the seats was easy. Getting it into the water was easy too. We skipped the shoulder strap and just used the middle handle. I do wish they made a stiffer seat for the paddle board. I had a folding stadium seat which I ended up using. Worked great but left small imprints in the reinforced seat area. Next time I'll add some cushioning under the seat. Deflating was just as easy. Hook up the powered pump and reverse the flow. Cleaning was with some scrubbing bubbles (mildew remover for the algae) and lots of water. Only issues so far is with the bag. It is brightly colored, which is nice, but picks up dirt quick. Also the build quality is middling. One of the straps already broke and won't hold the paddle board to the pack much longer. ... show more

The board is leaking on the 2nd inflation to 13psi from a seam in the back. Poor quality!
