This comes with 2 types of screws (concrete or wood) and it is very easy to install. I actually used it to mount a swing in our room and drilled the screws into beams in our ceiling. Holds very well and a good amount of weight. Highly recommend for a swing.

Tried using these for a double end punching bag in my basement. I thought maybe it would be smoother than just using a large eye hook. Unfortunately they're a bit loud and the way the bracket pivots in one direction only makes the action not quite the same in all directions.

The media could not be loaded. This is really strong and it swivels and also swings. Even though it only swings in one direction, your body can swing front to back or side to side since it’s swivels. The direction it swings will be the same but your body can be in a different position. It’s very strong, probably stronger than the swing and chain itself. I used a 1/4 drillbit and a 1/2 hex key wrench. I am a 130 pound female and I had a hard time tightening the screws once they were about halfway through. It took me 30 minutes just to tighten it, would probably be faster if a man did it.

I purchased these after reading multiple reviews of comparable items and am glad I chose these. Once you find the beams you want to secure these to, rest assured they will stay there until you decide to remove. I used the wood screws (comes with wood and concrete screws) for our purposes and began testing them one at a time by first tugging on a strap I connected up to it, then pulling and ultimately swinging from them. They did not budge in the slightest and have full confidence these will hold up for whatever purpose you might be looking into these for. :)
