I would give five stars for the item and zero stars for delivery. We actually bought this during a great sale on Prime Day, which made the price more reasonable. It is a beautiful unit, very sophisticated looking surround. The faux fireplace isn't realistic looking, but when the flame is set to low, it's a pleasant effect. But it comes in TWO SEPARATE PACKAGES, which Amazon didn't understand, because they have it listed as one. So when we only received the fireplace surround but not the fireplace insert, they had no way of knowing if the second package had even been sent. First Amazon wanted us to call the manufacturer, even though it is shipped by Amazon. Finally Amazon sent it again, and we received both packages. They had to pick up the extra package. It was a lot of hassle and Amazon only gave us a $20 credit for it. ... show more

Wow this deserves a raving review! It was packaged well and had no defects or markings thanks to plenty of styrofoam and padding etc. the fireplace and insert came separately but both came on the same day for me. The fireplace portion is well over 70lbs. It’s more long and slender so you may need a second person to get the box inside your house. I was able to gently “drag” mine on a towel. Assembly took about 30 mins. Let me just say we have assembled so.much.furniture over the past year for our house and this was, by far, bar none, the easiest, best assembly and instructions we’ve seen thus far. Assembly would have taken less time had my drill battery not died towards the end. We got it all together, the pieces lined up and the mantle part looks beautiful. The insert itself is very realistic! We went with the New White version which was $100 more than the White version (the older insert model I’m guessing? ) Anyways, it was well worth it because it looks really good. The remote is simple to use, it puts out a good amount of heat and I like that you can control the logs and “fire” look separately. The ONLY drawback, if it’s even that, is that the remote has to be fairly close to work well. I don’t really care though, I’m pleased as punch with this! ... show more

So lovely! A beautiful focal point in a downstairs basement walk out. Puts out enough heat to warm up the room on a cold Minnesota winter night. Definitely takes the chill away.... the temperature is cozy and the fireplace is gorgeous (received compliments from visitors). Not as many lighting and color settings as some I researched, but just enough options. Love the remote with the auto-turnoff feature. Took 1 hour for 2 people to assemble. One person as an assembler, one person as a helper. Organize the parts ahead of time. Use power tools. Pretty straight-forward instructions. Love my new fireplace! ... show more

Im going to keep this short and sweet. First off, it does come in two different packages. The second half took me about a week to get. Just when I started to think it wasn't coming, it did come. So if you do order it, remember it will probably be the same for you. But I love it! It was worth the wait. My partner said it was easy to assemble by himself. This fireplace is absolutely gorgeous and is the perfect finishing touch for my living room. I love that it has the option to change the lighting on the flame, under the logs and the overall light. The marble is real and it makes the chimney heavy. The heat output is amazing. I have a 2000 sqft home and it keeps it warm all day. It's a beautiful piece that gives the home an expensive look.

This is beautiful and well made! The panels are real wood and the tiles appear to be real marble. It is very heavy. Other than the weight, it wasn’t too hard to put together! I am very pleased with this purchase.

So in love with this fireplace I had originally just ordered one for our living room but it was so beautiful I ordered a second one for our little library. I get so many compliments on it- and I agree, it looks like a real fireplace. It’s beautiful, just love it!
