bought two steamers as a gift for my wife and son. Steamer did not remove wrinkles in clothing as indicated in the product description. Amazon will not let you return item for any type of credit or refund. Buyer beware!

We purchased two of these over the last four months. I originally saw a small boutique store, owner using it, and she had nothing but good things to say about it. Finally got around to purchasing one, and some found it handy to use at our vacation home. Nice!

This steamer does a nice job getting wrinkles out, but is awkward to use due to its shape, size and weight. I steamed a pair of linen wide leg pants, and actually had to rest my hand a few times
