Very impressive fireplace heater I was looking for something to use as a heat source in our family room. Our room is a little over 200 sq ft and one size is literally all windows .. like drafty old windows. This little beast of a fireplace heats the entire room with no assistance from another source. It comes with a remote to adjust the heat, flame and logs. Which is super nice The logs and fire themselves well they look not horrible, can u tell its fake sure but does it add something to the room absolutely. The heater isn't loud compared to others we have had in the past. U can hear it if the room is quiet but it blends to the back ground and I really don't notice. If you have the tv on or kids are playing u honestly don't ever realize its on. This model can go on a wall flat or in the corner. The corner piece folds behind the fireplace I recommend if you are using it flat against the wall jusy dont install this part. I say this because it prevents you from using the hole in the back of the hidden cabinet where wires go for your cable box or gaming system. The hidden compartment is nice I don't like clutter so it makes it nice to hide my husband's stuff in there and unless u are up on it u can't tell it is even there or folds down. All an all this is a great fireplace its made sturdy, does have a device to attach it to the wall however it only has twist ties which break easy so take the extra step and use something thin wire that won't break. I am considering buying another one for my formal living room just to add a little something . My only complaint is the light button on the remote, it does absolutely nothing i thought it would turn the flames or logs off but nothing seems to do that I would highly recommend this fireplace ... show more

Love the product appearance as i t was quality & looks great. Assembly took about 3 hours for us. , but the only problem was with the drop down shelf. There were no holes made for screws to attach to the hinges. Also, the drop down is almost impossible to open... maybe needs a knob or bracket on the outside to open.... ... show more

Good, sturdy, quality product. Assembly instructions were very easy to understand. Assembly is definitely a two person job at certain points because of the size and weight of the piece. The fireplace insert and remote come with an instruction book but it's pretty straightforward and I haven't needed to refer to it yet. Overall very aesthetically pleasing and the heat function seems to work well when tested. Its a huge hit with my cats and kids also! Highly recommend this electric fireplace! ... show more

Door over the media shelf won’t close and open as it should. Brackets did not line on door. Door stuck out about an inch. Then when I got it to shut it won’t open. Not worth the money not a quality product.

Easy one person job, I did it by myself, anyway. I think it took 2 hours. Great heat source. I have yet to experience it at night, but from what I can tell during the day the fire display is nice. I have issues with the pull down shelving, literally couldn't get it open, and had to pry it. Way bigger than I had anticipated. ... show more
