These cameras work great. They are easy to set up and easy to use the app. I like being able to see what's going on on the property. The app notifies you when something or someone is near the cameras. You can also set them to different lengths of video. Using the solar panel is the only way to go! The camera stays charged. If you have a problem with them just use the customer service button on the bottom and they are very helpful. Yilia especially is a great help, answers all the questions you may have.

Be VERY careful purchasing 4G subscriptions for your cameras from this company. The cameras work well, but after your 30 day free trial is over (and your cameras are out of the return window on Amazon), you HAVE to buy a 4G plan through this company in order to continue viewing anything from your camera. The plans are expensive (best value is $299.90 for 24 months of service PER CAMERA). I decided I would pay for the subscriptions on my two cameras, even though I knew it was a lot of money. Well, the first subscription purchase went through with no problem, and the camera worked normally. After purchasing the subscription on my second camera (as confirmed by charges on my credit card app/website), the camera would not work and still showed that I needed to purchase a subscription to use it. When I reached out to the company, they insisted I had only purchased ONE subscription, despite me sending them multiple screenshots of proof of purchase of the second subscription. They encouraged me to go back on their app and attempt to purchase the subscription AGAIN for the second camera. This company just wants your money. The camera is nice enough for what you pay initially, but I suspect they are fraudulent and looking to overcharge/ charge people twice for the same digital subscription. I’ve disputed both charges with my credit card company, and Amazon has issued me a return/ refund (despite being outside the 30 days), given the suspicious nature of this whole situation.

I first purchased this product (a set of 2 cameras) in Oct 2024 and they have worked amazingly! We have them on our property that is a little too far to drive to regularly. The cameras work great on solar power and the cell signal is great! I log into the cameras regularly (via the app) with no issue and they are great pictures and video. I purchased 2 more sets of 2 cameras because they worked so well (we have 6 total now). They have worked perfectly through extreme heat, rain storms, and a freeze (we live in the Texas Gulf Coast area). I did just have one of my cameras (from the original purchase) stop functioning for some reason. Mia with tech support determined it was a SIM card issue that could not be fixed. Since the camera was still under warranty Mia graciously offered to replace the device at no cost. My data plan was quickly transferred to another camera as well. Buy the cameras...they work like a dream and the customer support team is really great! You wont regret the purchase. I in no way was paid for this review-- just my honest opinion.

These cameras are great in quality and clarity and the customer service is incredible. We have them all over our land and love the immediate notifications to watch the wildlife and monitor for trespassers. One camera did malfunction and after reaching out for support it was determined it couldn’t be fixed and they offered to send a brand new one in the mail to replace it!
