The one photo is from the first attempted delivery. It was coming from FL to NY and my sense is that the plane it was on did a barrel roll the entire way down. After it landed someone allowed a bear to ride the scooter but the bear had to get it out of the box first. It failed getting it out of the box so non-Amazon carrier decided it was OK to still deliver the mangled and absolutely pulverized box to my house anyway. The non-Amazon guy even said he’s just the delivery man and he was surprised that they even loaded it on the truck. He immediately flagged it as damaged, smh, and I helped him load it back on the truck. I mean I was just dumbfounded that they actually put that mangled mess on the truck thinking a customer would accept that. What if I wasn’t home? I guess the silver lining is that no one would want to steal what looks like a box of trash I left on my driveway by mistake. I contacted Amazon and I was itching to show them the photo of what was delivered to me but there was no way to actually do so. I saw that there was another one in stock via Prime and this one had the delivery date set to only like 3 days which was telling me that they probably had this other scooter in a local Amazon hub and not some other out of state warehouse. The Amazon rep basically did a replacement switcheroo on the call and got me all set of the replacement order. If I didn’t call they would have just automatically issued a refund without automatically sending a replacement. The replacement arrived in just 2 days, not 3, and was “facilitated by Amazon” where they had 2 delivery guys carefully handle the scooter to my garage in almost a mint condition box. So the moral of this story is: pay attention to the delivery timeframe to reduce the chance that this thing gets banged around in transit. This thing is fast. I haven’t hit 50 because I need to find a different stretch, but I hit 45 almost effortlessly every time. Just because you can does not mean you should, but it certainly is fun on occasion. It’s also heavy as hell so this one is mostly meant to be planted on the ground. You can lift it, sure, but you better brace yourself properly so you don’t hurt your back. I will probably mostly ride my ZT3 Pro around my neighborhood because it’s just more manageable - and arguably more fun because of the extra clearance - but to go the distance this one is the better option. Again the weight is a huge factor. It’s not so much that 100 lb is some crazy amount of weight, but the fact that you can’t lock up the stem and that it’s an awkward shape with the front and back having uneven weight distribution will probably make lifting it a problem for most. ... show more

OMG!!!! this scooter is really fast is and climbs hills with ease. I should’ve brought this GT3 Pro instead of the GT3. The power is night and day difference between the two. If you need a scooter faster than this , you just need to buy a car lol.
