This review is probably going to be a little bit longer than most of my other reviews. It's a good thing, I just want to cover on a few things. First off when it came it was packaged very securely and instructions were very clear. Putting it together was a breeze and pairing it with my phone with the instructions that was given was very clear. I am a 250 lb 6 ft tall man and this will hold up to me riding it for a long time. It's got amazing speed it'll go up to 15 mph and accelerates very quickly. It's got a break on it and the tail light is synced up to the brakes when you hit the break lights come on. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER. I had this for a year and I *HATED* it. It does absolutely terrible on hills. You are going to end up having to use your legs to scooter up while people on LIME scooters blow past you. And, I ended up breaking my elbow. Rider fault? Not really. This thing is too lightweight. The tires are not big enough. So, I hit a small pothole. The tire stopped, scooter stopped, I kept going. If the tires were bigger, if the scooter was heavier, it could have gone through the very small pot hole, but the tires are too small. So, it got jammed up by a tint lip/pothole thing. Now, I have a broken elbow. DO NOT BUY THIS. No speed, can't take hills, not safe. ... show more

I love this thing. The app is stupid and only works while the scooter is still on, same with the anti-theft which is the dumbest idea ever. The alarm will only trigger if you leave the scooter powered on which I simply cannot wrap my head around how that would be useful. Battery lasts long, probably less than the advertised mileage if you use it with any amount of speed as I’ve drained it while only traveling a few miles. ... show more

Not sure if other competing scooters have the motor lock feature. But the guard mode in the mobility app saved my scooter. Someone tried to steal it, took apart the brake assembly and handlebars and ditched it after realizing that the motor was locked. Go for this one, the feature is game changing.
