  • Excellent customer service
Size: Standard Bundle
The mower does well cutting both sections of my fenced in back yard. I have only needed to rescue it from a spot near the fence once since owning. I went back to that area and manually operated the mower around that section to update the map. Considering it has mowed twice to three times a week since purchase, I’d say pretty good. The only reasons would rate this 4.5 stars is after I manually mapped out boundaries, the mower still leaves a swath of grass unmowed between it and the fence in multiple areas. I go over the perimeter of my fence with my lawn mower once in awhile. Overall, it does a fantastic job of saving me time when I cut my grass, as I only have to do the front… our fenced in back is the largest area. I have given this post 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service provide by Rita Chen. I thought I had a problem with my mower, but turned out that some grass clippings got inside the charge port. After cleaning the contacts, it works fine. They not only helped me, but were ready to send out a new one! They instead provided a garage for all the trouble. This is above and beyond expectations. ... show more

  • Does a good job overall
Size: Standard Bundle
I’m gonna be completely transparent, I have a really difficult yard. I have a steep pill. I have lots of boulders in my front lawn as well as well as shrubs that this thing has to navigate. That being said, This mows it to probably 80 to 90% satisfaction. Definitely a lot of finagling of the map over a two or three week. Period to get this working how I wanted. If you’re looking for a set and forget it, there’s probably isn’t it. It will occasionally get stuck in for whatever reason, especially when it tries to go into the dock. my dock needs to probably be on a slightly more level surface though. Overall, I’m happy with it. Saves me time. I have to manually set it back in the dock maybe once a week. ... show more

  • Never worked for me and always thinks the antenna has moved.
Size: Standard Bundle
I've had nothing but issues with this device. I activated it and set it app up. Then I went to map part of the yard, and everything seemed to be going okay at that point. I went to bed, and then overnight I got a message that said that the base station or the device had moved, which it hadn't. At that point I went ahead and setup the external antenna, and I got the same message again overnight. Then I moved the antenna to a more open area, and again I got the same message. The only options you get at that point, is "I moved the base station" or "I moved the antenna". No option for "I didn't move anything and you're going crazy." I still have this thing plugged up and, in the yard, but I've since bought a competitor's device and moved on from this thing. I haven't had any of the same issues with the new product, so I'm not going to put any more time/energy into this thing. Eventually I'll just sell it on FB Marketplace or something. Buyer beware on this one. Your milage may vary, but this this never cut my hard once. ... show more

  • The constant trim is so much better for the grass and I save tons of time.
Size: Standard Bundle
My backyard basically looks like it has a miniature baseball diamond pattern cut into it. I've saved hours of time mowing and now simply have to spend some time triming. Some additional edging work and I'll be able to eliminate that as well. Minor issues with cutting not hitting a few strips of grass as coverage gets weaker (due to house obscuring satellite), but we're talking some thin strips that that 2 seconds to hit with the string trimmer. Battery life is fine for my .18 acres. It has to recharge 2 times to do the back and 1 time to do the entire front (1/3 of total yard). Overall, very happy. ... show more

  • premium support following sour response
Size: Standard Bundle
I was impressed with it. This is the 3rd robot mower i tried. Last 2 could not navigate the terrain. AWD does work. 1 issue i could let go off is a very tall single grass - it decides to mow around it and it will take it a few rounds to finally catch it. I had an issue with the software lock of the area, thankfully some of the nice reps have helped me resolve it before lengthy exchange. Putting 3 stars because of the tall grass issue and very poor customer service within the app that caused me to almost return this unit. ... show more

  • 10 stars rating
Size: Standard Bundle
I was a little concerned at first because of some of the negative reviews I had read, but after the very first test run, I was genuinely impressed and would give a 10 stars rating if possible. What really impressed me is how smart this robot is. It easily avoids the large tree in my backyard, preventing accidental collisions or blade damage, and it handles uneven or sloped areas smoothly by automatically adjusting its angle for an even cut across the entire lawn. Another huge plus is how incredibly quiet it is. My dog usually gets nervous and barks nonstop whenever I use my old lawn mower, but this robot is so quiet that my dog actually enjoys sitting outside (within safety reach) and watching it work. It may take a little longer to finish the job compared to a traditional mower, but the convenience, safety features, smooth performance, and low noise level make it absolutely worth it. Also, just like some other reviewers mentioned, my neighbors have all been very impressed watching this robot work. I’ve even made new friends from other blocks in the neighborhood because people stopped by to ask about the mower after hearing about it or seeing it in action. Note: The initial setup required some technical configuration, but the manual and online resources were very helpful in resolving the technical issue I encountered on my end. Once everything was set up, the mower worked flawlessly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable robotic lawn mower. ... show more

  • A disappointing purchase
Size: Standard Bundle
I received the product on time and that was the only positive experience I have had. The ad does not tell you that this products is learned as you go through mistakes, mower freezing, constant disconnections- no internet, disappearing maps after manual mapping, limited customer service 9 am to 6 pm Mon through Fri, as well as not getting customer service responses through Amazon's phone app in the product's ordered section, the length of the customer's in-house WiFi to the customer's lawn determines whether or not the mower will map the farthest section of a customer's lawn, because if it does not, the map created will vanish. The manual that comes with the product has one-liner instructions; not complete sentences and it is filled with diagrams with arrows, not a word to guide the customer. I absolutely hate the poorly written instructions that came with this device. And the tutorial video instructions on Youtube for Segway Navimow are short and fast paced. You have to paused the video and replay the tutorial. Map vanishing happened to me with manual mapping. Five mapping zone disappeared after standing in the hot sun mapping. I am truly furious and disappointed with this purchase. A motorist approached me to ask, "Is the mower any good?" I replied, "I do not know, I cannot get pass the mapping that keeps disappearing. ... show more
