Despite the bad reviews, I’m satisfied with the lights. I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 and under the dash of the driver side and the passenger side, there isn’t really a flat surface to stick the lights. Under the driver side there isn’t a flat surface at all, but I was able to find a place that would shine down into the footwell without damaging the lights and other electrical components for my truck . Passenger side under the dash was a “wavy” surface . I was skeptical about the tape not holding but it’s doing good so far. I’m the type of guy that likes a clean look, I prefer hidden cables and all that jazz. I positioned the adapter under my center console-arm rest and I had to take the console apart and drill a hole to hide the cables. My truck has 4 cigar lighters and I need the one under my radio panel so I can charge my phone . Anyways it’s all neatly organized and the colors are very nice and bright. The controller gives you the option to lower or increase the brightness. As well as the app. Still messing with the app but so far so good and they look nice! Good way to add class to your truck!

The set up was very easy and it is very easy to hide the chords, and if you need a visual there is a video called ”How to Install Multi-Colored LED Strips For Your Interior!!! (EASY INSTALL) “ that gives you a reference to how easy it is. Now for the problem I had… 1 adhesive issues. The lights come with adhesive however it’s very weak and I had to add adhesive tape to make sure that it sticks properly. Note they also send you zip ties that need screws, it wasn’t the easiest to use with my car, so I had to buy zip ties for additional support of the lights under the seat (which was really cheap) 2. Bluetooth connection The app comes with a remote and an option to connect with your phone via Bluetooth, they also send you a bar code to install the right app. BUT THE BARCODE SENDS ME TO DOWNLOAD THE WRONG APP. After researching I discovered the right up to download it’s called lotus lantern, not Magic Lantern ( my suggested app) a

Very easy to install. Took me maybe 15 mins to clean the surface with alcohol, run the lights where I wanted and hide all the wires. It changes colors but I loved white the best.
