Bought this in hopes to accomplish some smaller jobs around the farm rather than dragging along the big chainsaws. Outstanding performance! Cuts through most woods with ease, fairly quick, nice smooth cut. Powerful. I have been cutting 6-8" in diameter trees and logs with very little resistance. Eases through underbrush and lighter twigs and branches. Arrived quickly. Well worth the money! I am going to order the back up chains even though I have had zero issues with the one sent with the unit. Superb investment. Makes life easier. Use caution, it is just like any other chainsaw and could do serious damage. Only one drawback and in all honesty it is to be expected...the battery does not last forever but it is a quick recharge. Nice case, kit with charger and two batteries, and tool. Has an "Oiler push button" for the bar/chain, but doesn't really work. I just keep a small can oiler for that now, and it works much better. Should have extra chains and sharpening files, but I bought those separately. Pay close attention---chains for these are proprietary, and not all will fit this. Chain seems well made and stays pretty sharp. Lightweight, easy to handle, and battery lasts me about an hour of good use, each. Fills a real need for trimming 2-3" branches when I don't want to fire up my big chainsaw, and makes fairly clean cuts. Does a nice job for what it is, and much cheaper than buying a $3-400 trim saw, that I would feel guilty about if I didn't use it every day. This seems like a toy that one has to be extra careful to handle it like a chainsaw. But it cuts like a chainsaw. Battery life is surprisingly long. It's pretty powerful for atiny little toy chainsaw... believe me, this is worth having at times.

Wow, I really had my doubts, but this saw is nothing but a five across the board. It's light, it's powerful, easy to operate, the batteries last for hours. I thought for sure I'd eat one up in 15 to 20 minutes. I was wrong. I think the brushless motor adds to it's power and quietness. The oilier, although manual, is a real blade saver. The one know tightening knob is nice. I had this on a craftsman gasoline chainsaw and it was really a blessing to tighten the blade without too much hassle. I'd recommend this and I would buy another if I ever need one. ... show more

Update: This is an edited review. The company contacted me and has sent me a new chainsaw. I just want to thank Seesii for resolving the problem I had. They were very nice to correspond with. A gave them only one star in my original review but have changed it to 5 stars for their good business ethics. Thank you Seesii employees (and company) for a replacement and responding to me. Original post: I bought an 8" Seesii mini chainsaw on October 6, 2022. I used it in the fall on some smaller branches and it worked great. Now. August 3, 2023 it does not work. The batteries charge up and when I insert the battery I can get the chainsaw to turn on for 2 or 3 second and it shuts off. Take the battery out and re-insert, again it only spins for 2 or 3 seconds. It's under a one year warranty but when I go to their website it's says "contact us" and when I click on it it does not open. There is no way to send this company a message. I bought an extended warranty on this chainsaw for 21.99 and it is no good because the chainsaw is under manufacturer warranty for 1 year. So, not only am I out of the price I paid for the chainsaw, I am also out for the cost of the extended warranty. Thanks a lot Seesii! Buyer beware! Unless I get some help from the company I do not recommend anyone buy from them. Those branches I pruned last fall cost me a whole lot of money! ... show more

Lmao so my boyfriend really wanted me to use this standard chainsaw (gas & oil) which was fun till I broke it. He fixed it but I already bought this fantastic piece of equipment. So he teased me cause It looks like a toy & referred to it as my fisher price chainsaw. So we did explain to his 6yo son that it’s definitely not toy & never to pick it up. Nonetheless- I love it. My bf doesn’t make fisher price comments anymore once he witnessed it in action and even remarked how fast it is. Cut through branches & smaller logs like a hot knife through butter! I’m super impressed with it and I’ve heard from others that the SeeSee brand has a good reputation (I’m not surprised). I’m glad I ordered this one & I did so because it has an 8” bar when a lot in this price range are 6” & under. Also because it has the handle bar on the side (which is thankfully detachable) so since I’m getting old & my strength isn’t what it used to be (with my 2nd carpal tunnel surgery looming) I figured it would help. However, I found it was easier to use without the handle because it feels like it’s in the way and feels unnatural when u grip it. Otherwise I’m super impressed! It’s fast, powerful, easy to maintain (far easier than a chainsaw that runs off gas, oil, sweat, tears & frustrations. It has two batteries so I just swap them out and put the other on the charger. It comes with 2 chains also (not the rapper but a 2nd replacement chain- sorry). So far I’m impressed with my fisher price chainsaw! Electric chainsaws- they’re the sheet and u don’t have to pull that stupid cord to start it - that’s one of the things I like best. ... show more

The video convinced me when I saw it cutting 6" branches like butter. Well, it's an ok tool, it works, with some difficulties, but it cuts, it will get the job done. I had to use 2 batteries to cut and clean a small size palm tree. It worked, it did the job, but the chain got already extended to its max length, that means that I already need a new one, that's why I'm taking away a star ... show more
