Great little toaster. I bought this toaster to make toast or bagels at work. Very easy to use. Heats up very fast and evenly toasts my bagels. I love the touch screen display. Makes it so much simpler to operate. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a toaster.

I had been looking for a toaster that could toast a variety of breads and not break the bank. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned if I made the right choice. I’ve had it about a month or so and have NEVER had an issues. We use it several times a week. It’s toast a variety of breads and even warms them when needed. It’s very easy to switch bread types and toasting levels. I’ve never had anything not perfectly toasted as image implies, so the timer is spot on. I’ve even toasted over sized sourdough and it fits in the slots great. It’s easy to clean and look so nice on my counter. The price isn’t to bad compared to some others making this toaster a must have for us. It’s better then buying some of those from Walmart or Target that aren’t so pretty but cheap and cheaply made.

Overall, I like the features and design of this unit. My only complaint is that it does not toast both sides of the bread evenly (one side is always lighter than the other). In addition, the touch setting take a bit of getting used to. It is very easy to use, yet there isn't a lot of user control once a selection has been made. It is very easy to burn your toast selection on the first try. Please note that the instruction booklet has information that may not apply to the model you receive.

This toaster looks fancy with its full touch control and LCD screen, and I have to admit—it does feel a bit futuristic pressing buttons instead of the usual levers and dials. The heating is definitely fast. It takes about a minute for a regular slice of toast, which I find pretty impressive compared to my old toaster that took almost twice as long. But here's the catch: you have to be careful with the settings. I accidentally used the Bagel setting on a regular slice of bread, and well… that toast didn’t make it. 🫠 Burnt to a crisp. So yeah, there's a bit of a learning curve if you're used to traditional toasters. But once you figure it out, it actually works really well. The wide slots fit thicker bread and bagels with no problem. The toast comes out evenly done (as long as you’ve picked the right shade level and mode), and I’ll say this—it really does taste better when the browning is just right. Crispy edges, warm center, not dried out. You know? I also love how the screen shows your countdown—it’s a small thing but oddly satisfying. Crumb tray slides out smoothly too, which makes cleanup easier.

It looks nice and the controls are very responsive. For some reason I thought it would have a clock that was always on but it doesn't. That's not their fault. The reason that I gave it 3 stars is that it doesn't toast evenly and it takes twice as long as the presets say. You have to turn your bread upside down after one cycle for more even toasting just like my toaster I had when I was 6 years old. I thought that might've been fixed as 40 years of toasting technology have passed.
