Toaster looks good toasts well, BUT! The spring that's supposed to Raise the bread up after it's toasted is bad, Toast only comes up a little bit, you have to use kitchen tongs to pull up every peace of toast.. I returned it after the 29 days.. I did not call the manufacturer maybe they would have sent me a proven tested Quality item.. Yeah I've noticed that the products from ROC Have a serious quality control problem I don't know if there put together by prisoners or children or blind people but the quality control is not there.. I see others have had the same problem bad springs For toast return..

UPDATE: Seller reached out after I reviewed and offered a refund if provided with evidence but when provided evidence of malfunctioning toaster (picture of one half toasted bagel and one undercooked and backside of bagels dont toast at all) said I needed to let it cool before using again and that I need to use bread instead of bagels. I hadn’t used the toaster beforehand and it was unplugged. If this is supposed to be made for bagels, waffles, bread, etc. why put those options on there and on their product description?? Seller didn’t acknowledge it was bad quality or faulty inferring it was user error. Don’t buy from them! I stand by my previous review…great aesthetic but bad quality! Original Review: Don’t waste your money! It got delivered Sept. 6 and here we are in October and for a few weeks now it has stopped toasting things on both sides and the timer settings don’t work. My window to return was Oct. 6 so I cant return it now. Sometimes things are not toasted at all and sometimes it burns everything. It is pretty to look at but unfortunately isn’t made with good quality. Wouldn’t buy this again.

It toasts roughly twice as fast as my old one without burning. Choosing the specific bread type and shade setting gives perfectly even results every time. The wide slots fit thick bagels easily, and it looks beautiful on the counter!

I bought this toaster as an alternate to the viral touchscreen toaster that was going around on TikTok. I was a little disappointed when i got it, its not really fully touchscreen. You have to tap the icons on the bottom to get it to program correctly. It was a little difficult to figure out how to use. Overall, it toasts my bread well, i like that it doesnt toast both sides for the bagel setting. It looks good on the counter but is fairly large and takes up a considerable amount of space. Its not super heavy but its also not as light as a traditional toaster. For the price i paid i would say its a good investment.

I have used the toaster for toast, frozen waffles, bagels and English muffins and found the results were excellent. Only issue was that I used highest setting for first toast but had to back off two getting the ride color. Old toaster was difficult to get setting right with dial with numbers to change the timing of toaster but this new toaster made it so very easy. Only drawback was no instructions though contacted the seller and quick to send me pdf of instructions. Their response was prompt and helpful. I like the crumb tray which is easy to remove and empty. Only wish it was in the front rather than back. My old toaster you had to turn upside down and then it stayed attached which was pain to clean. This is so much easier. If you get this before getting instructions perhaps a few items will help. They recommend that you run the toaster on high setting to burn off any dust. So just select bread and then darkest color. You use the bread button to switch between types of breads which will flash when at the right one. For color you touch the timer button to change and will display with flashing color indicator. If have doubt as to color then lower color and use the button to extend the time if needed until you know what works best for you. Once you are aware of these steps it is easy to use. Cancel, defrost, etc. obvious. When off only light indicating plugged in. And I think this toaster is very attractive on the counter too. Can highly recommend and have to family and friends!
