Great product and first in class customer service

Here's a longer term review. We bought this about a year ago, and about a month or so ago, three of the wheels stopped turning. (I wasn't too shocked since we live in the desert and the terrain is fairly unforgiving). Anyway, I reached out to their customer support as a hail marry to see if they might know how to fix it. I spoke with Chloe, who throughout a solid 2 or 3 weeks of troubleshooting, we found that it had blown 2 possibly 3 fuses and the terminals in the main board had been gummed up. They sent out some fuses and additional repair parts and it's running like new again. As for its functionality, it has great connectivity, it responds well to both the remote and the manual controls, and can actually take a bit of a beating. I am pleasantly impressed with its quality and extremely impressed with the level of customer service and dedication the team gave me personally. Shout out to Chloe! Thank you

Great product and excellent customer service

We bought this for our granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. She has been driving it since she’s got it every day somehow or another. She managed to get the steering wheel pulled off. I contacted the company and they were great about sending a new one …very fast at the problem that I have had. In between time my son-in-law put a welding rod on to hold it lol I’m very happy with the customer service that we got and the product is great. My granddaughter is 28 pounds and lives in the country ..she’s been driving in front of her mom to go see her Nae Nae down the road 💕 well worth the money and the customer service like I say is excellent!

Great car and customer service

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our 4 year old son. He has torn this car apart but it kept going. However Second week of April it stops working unless you use the parent controller. I contacted the seller and they responded within 24 with a solution. They sent out the parts to fix it which were super easy to replace and now my son is back to driving hours a day. The batteries is amazing generally lasting all day. Highly recommend. Customer service for this company is amazing.

Lovely Machine for ma Baby Girl

Ok , I love this car top for my daughter and she loves it too. Setup was easy enough, although not everything was straightforward- 1- Connecting the steering rack to the motor. The connection in the setup video was different and the physical manual just said connect etc etc, but I had to think on my own very hard how to connect the two items, but I did it without damage, AMEN. Everything else setup wise was straightforward. 2. I do wish the seatbelt was padded for comfort and positioned better so it would stay positioned on the shoulder of the driver. 3. The remote, while it works, feels sooooo feeble. its so plasticy and light, It feels like a toy without purpose, but it works. Wished it had a landyard holder so I could hold it around my neck. 4. For such a good toy, it's absent a cup or bottle holder (AND SIDE REARVIEW MIRRORS). Other than those, I love all the features of this machine, the radio with USB Stick and bluetooth. I love that the button for direction has forward..Nuetral...Reverse. and the 2wd / 4wd is actually very functional. We've done 2 kms so far on the one battery charge, so that's all I can say on Battery for now. I LOVE THE KEY feature, so she can;t just jump in and drive. Once we are done, I take out the key and hide it. No accidental movings. I love it, she loves it. For upgrades I would suggest the following- -1. a sound and a light at the back for when reverse is activated -2. Allow the Red light at the back to get bright when not accelerating (Brake light) -3. Bottle Holder -4. Side rear view Mirrors -5. I wish the forward button on the remote was pressure sensitive with some sort of cruise control (like electric scooters) so that parents can set various forward speeds as even the slowest speed is faster than normal walking pace, so I have to keep tapping the forward button instead of a constant press to keep the speed within walking pace -6. Have a soft stop function like how it has a soft start function. Coming off the forward pedal creates a very harsh stopping action. I can appreciate that if I press the ebrake on the remote, but under normal situations, it stops way too harsh when we let go off the forward button.

Customer For Life!!

This may be the first purchase - out of thousands - that I've ever taken the time to review. If you're on the fence about which ride on car to buy for your kids, buy this one. I'm a fan for life, and will be purchasing a second car from them now for my other kids. Here's why: I bought this car about 2 years ago. It's a great car, we take it to a park every day when we walk the dog, and it handles gravel, grass, mud, hills and paved roadway without issue. You can see the difference with the 4 wheel drive. I like the remote control option for the roadway part so I can stop or move the car if needed. The lights and Bluetooth are cool too. All in all, the product is solid and checks all the boxes. Here is where this company shines: CUSTOMER SERVICE. After a while (around a year), the remote steering stopped working. I emailed the company, and they promptly sent me a new steering motor absolutely free. This month, 2 years after purchase, I emailed them again because we misplaced the battery compartment cover (essentially the removable hood panel) and I offered to pay for a replacement. THEY PROMPTLY SHIPPED ME A NEW PANEL FOR FREE, 2 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE! That's not good customer service, that's INCREDIBLE to me. In all, great product, great company. If it could give 100 stars I would.

DO NOT BUY!

Product stopped working after only 1 week. I contacted the sellers requesting a refund and a return label to be sent to me. Instead they insisted that I try replacing a few parts first. I complied and after receiving and installing the replacement parts it then only worked for 3 days before having the same issue… I once again contacted them stating that their product was just faulty and I requested a refund. Once again I was ignored and they wanted me to trouble shoot it again. I finally said no. I am not going to keep having to fix their faulty product over and over and I again requested a refund. I haven’t heard back yet so I will give you an update on what happens. But just know their product sucks, especially for one costing so much!! And although their customer service responds they are not listening to me and what I want. Hopefully they make things right cause it is within my 30 day window and they are being very frustrating. DO NOT BUY!
