If you are looking for a home security camera I highly recommend this one! We got this camera because we live in a rural area and the power goes out often so having a solar security camera is very beneficial. Everything about it is Superb! The video is clear, the picture is Bright and the entire features on the camera is awesome, setting it up is so easy. Setup could not be easier with the voice commands and the well-written manual. the solar cell power cord is more than enough to position the camera where you want without worry about setting the solar panel too, I was able to position the cameras and solar panels where it maximized their function. I was surprised at how easy it was to install. Drill guides are provided to place holes for the mounting screws, and the camera just slips onto the mount. The solar panel installs the same way, and can be pointed in virtually any direction to catch maximum sun exposure. I did not experience any WiFI setup issues at all. In fact I was surprised that the camera was able to pick up the signal at the distance I have it mounted at. The real standout feature is the app. The features of the camera are all easily accessible in the app. The app also provides a good interface for the security features, such as the motion detection alarm. That feature allows you to set an alarm area. a period during which you want the alarm and notifications active, and gives you the ability to sound an audible alarm and turn on lights for full color video even a night. We have had a very positive experience with this company, getting a hold of customer service was easy. The customer service representative was a very positive experience they made everything easy! We look forward to purchasing another pair very soon. So don't hesitate get you one, two, or three, you won't regret it.

I use the camera for security in front yard. This is the B4 solar camera. I’ve had a few cameras. So far this is my favorite. The set up was fast and easy. I made sure my phone was on my 2.4GHz network and the app guided me through set up linked in less than a minute. The image is very good. Night vision is best I’ve seen. Images are at night with no added lights at all. I set up in front of my house but set alert distance to medium so it only records, or alerts when some walks up the driveway. The little solar panel has kept the camera 100% charged even with cloudy days we have had of late. The only problem I have had is that the solar panel connects to the camera at the bottom of the camera. That really is ideal for mounting on vertical surface, but there is no option for connecting on back. It might be a nice option if it had a light. Another camera I have has a light the comes on with motion an option. This one doesn’t. But it isn't needed for surveillance in my front yard. I use a SD card and not the cloud subscription. Works fine with SD card and is quick to replay recorded video. The app is fine and does what it should. There are many cameras like this to choose from, I’m sure many are fine. I feel this one is as good as they get and am confident it will be very good for anyone that wants good image and no wires for a security camera.
