I used this product to keep track of my child's whereabouts as a safety precaution. Since I purchased it, I've had a sense of relief and a peace of mind. I am impressed with the sturdy magnet which allows me to position it inconspicuously on the vehicle. Since I chose not to purchase the hardwired tracker (to avoid detection) I must remove and recharge every 7 days. Recharging is not as inconvenient as I would have thought because you can also track the battery life using the app on your phone. I just remove while the vehicle is stationary at home and give it a 5-hour charge and reposition on vehicle. Now, I need to take a moment to explore the available features (geofencing, along with the speed and location alerts).

I bought the car tracker because I work overnights and leave my car parked on the street; it's not a very safe location; where I have to park, there is a lot of car theft and break-ins. It was super easy to install, and the app was easy too. It started showing me where my car was as soon as I installed the tracker. It alerts me where my car is and where it has been, and it's given me some relief knowing I can leave my car without worrying about it.

When I got this product, I tried to set it up. I had to put debit/credit card in before I could even set up the account. IMMEDIATELY after I put my card number in, they took out 43.00. I had not even got into the part where you set up your payments!!! My bank locked my bank account and put a fraud alert on my card. I called them and it was overseas and they said my credit card would be refunded, BUT I had not even given them any information!!! Then I called customer service and they told me to go online and file a grievance. I asked about monthly payments and they acted like I was crazy and in a hurry to get me off the phone. I had to cancel my card, my bank account is locked and I AM SENDING THIS BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! and now i have to call Amazon to get them to put the refund onto another card, because of all this mess. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY and time!!!!

I purchased this tracker with very little knowledge about this kind of item. I'm happy with how simple it was to use and how well it actually works, I'm not very technical, so I was a little nervous about trying it out. The tracker works way better than I even expected, which is great, and I would recommend it to anyone needing something like this.

Does not send notifications quickly; clunky app does not let you listen in as advertised it appears to have a speaker but not sure why if you can listen or use it? Geo Fencing, Speed and History options are hard to setup and follow. All around disappointing unit two stars are probabaly one to many. Spend a little more look elsewhere.
