My autistic son wasn't feeling good so I was holding him on the couch when we both fell asleep. He started feeling a little better so I laid him next to me. It was late and I was exhausted so we fell asleep on the couch. He then peed through his pull up right onto the couch. I was so upset as we've only had this couch about a week, but didn't blame him. I instantly checked to see "how bad the damage was". Thankfully to my surprise it didn't seep in at all, it was just on the cover spread out like a puddle. We chose this couch based on the color (which is a heather cream/beige) and style. We were excited about the storage options with the ottomans and versatility of the large ottoman/coffee table. The color is true to what is pictured online. It's easy to put together and lightweight. The seat and back cushions are NOT reversible and are held in place by single strips of Velcro. With daily use by family, and friends, since purchasing in the middle of June, the back cushions get bent over the back of the couch and the seat cushions slide forward off the couch. Everyday, and sometimes multiple times a day depending on use, I have to adjust the fabric of the seat cushions to line the seams back up to the edges and put them back square to the frame of the couch so they’re not hanging over the front edge. I hate it. The comfort doesn’t outweigh the frustration of the cushions and fabric sliding off the front of the couch. The back cushions have to be fluffed back up to get rid of the bend. It’s too bad because it really is comfortable to lay on and looks good as long as no one sits on it and the cushions don’t move. Also, one of the arms got dented in really bad from a kid putting his knee on it. It’s pretty flimsy. I would’ve returned it but how do you return something that comes packaged in airtight bags/boxes?! I really wanted to love it but I’ve given it 5 months and just really can’t. Couch is alright. Not comfortable but not uncomfortable. The ottomans don’t have much storage space and they don’t hinge open. You have to remove the entire top of the ottoman to open it and it doesn’t fit perfectly so it looks weird. The last package arrived almost a week after the first and it’s missing 2 of the legs for one of the ottomans. Amazon says I need to return the entire couch for a replacement but I just need 2 legs. Edit: Turns out I was missing the emails from Soscana who were updating me about the packages and cleared up the misunderstanding about the 2 legs I thought were missing. Muy mala calidad y mala experiencia con atencion al cliente!! Si bien es un sofa económico y no se puede esperar lujo y materiales de primerísima calidad, si se puede exigir que esté en optimas condiciones y que cumpla con la descripción del producto. Una de las cajas llego rota y algunas partes también. Los cojines que deberian venir al vacío llegan sin vacío y despues de dejarlos 48 horas no recuperan la forma ni son confortables. No se puede contactar con el vendedor y amazon solo se limita a pedir que envie el producto de vuelta. Yo pague 100 dolares por el envío, tengo que contratar un carro para llevar el sofá hasta un centro de devoluciones y pagar nuevamente 100 dolares para enviarlo. Eso equivale alrededor de 300 dolares. Todo esto sin ninguna garantía de que el dinero que pagué por el sofá sea devuelto porque esa es una decisión que toma el comerciante al recibir el producto y determinar si el daño fue antes o después de que el cliente recibiera el producto. En el mejor de los casos que me devuelvan el dinero del sofá, que pasa con los 300 dolares por transporte? el tiempo de espera? ... show more
