My autistic son wasn't feeling good so I was holding him on the couch when we both fell asleep. He started feeling a little better so I laid him next to me. It was late and I was exhausted so we fell asleep on the couch. He then peed through his pull up right onto the couch. I was so upset as we've only had this couch about a week, but didn't blame him. I instantly checked to see "how bad the damage was". Thankfully to my surprise it didn't seep in at all, it was just on the cover spread out like a puddle. We chose this couch based on the color (which is a heather cream/beige) and style. We were excited about the storage options with the ottomans and versatility of the large ottoman/coffee table. The color is true to what is pictured online. It's easy to put together and lightweight. The seat and back cushions are NOT reversible and are held in place by single strips of Velcro. With daily use by family, and friends, since purchasing in the middle of June, the back cushions get bent over the back of the couch and the seat cushions slide forward off the couch. Everyday, and sometimes multiple times a day depending on use, I have to adjust the fabric of the seat cushions to line the seams back up to the edges and put them back square to the frame of the couch so they’re not hanging over the front edge. I hate it. The comfort doesn’t outweigh the frustration of the cushions and fabric sliding off the front of the couch. The back cushions have to be fluffed back up to get rid of the bend. It’s too bad because it really is comfortable to lay on and looks good as long as no one sits on it and the cushions don’t move. Also, one of the arms got dented in really bad from a kid putting his knee on it. It’s pretty flimsy. I would’ve returned it but how do you return something that comes packaged in airtight bags/boxes?! I really wanted to love it but I’ve given it 5 months and just really can’t. Overall, I can’t recommend and don’t think it’s good value for the money. ... show more

I bought this sofa with the expectations that it was going to be of superior built quality. The company sent the package in a timely manner and when I first opened up the box containing the wooden table , it came with damage. I reached out to the seller and they offered me a partial refund and a replacement in order to assist with the issue and avoid me returning it . I had originally accepted it but then when I started putting together the sofa , I noticed more issues with the fabric , built quality , sturdinnes and the looks of it. This feels like a $200 sofa you would get as a decoration piece on a room no one visits in the house. Even the sofas you get used from Goodwill are of better quality than this. Dont let the A.I pictures fool you. If you step on this wrongly or if someone that is overweight sits on it, it would be the end of your sofa. I would look elsewhere. ... show more

Great couch! Bought one for my first apartment and it was very easily to assemble alone. Love the full bed configuration, it’s super cozy! Easy to clean as well :) just wish the back support and arm rest cushion were more full/firm they are a bit flimsy. I added extra pillows for more support! Love the storage too! Couch is alright. Not comfortable but not uncomfortable. The ottomans don’t have much storage space and they don’t hinge open. You have to remove the entire top of the ottoman to open it and it doesn’t fit perfectly so it looks weird. The last package arrived almost a week after the first and it’s missing 2 of the legs for one of the ottomans. Amazon says I need to return the entire couch for a replacement but I just need 2 legs. Edit: Turns out I was missing the emails from Soscana who were updating me about the packages and cleared up the misunderstanding about the 2 legs I thought were missing.
