Purchased this for my daughter and her family. It arrived in two deliveries ... 3 boxes and then 2, five days apart. Each piece is shrink-wrapped. As soon as you cut into the plastic, the piece begins to take shape. By day 3, they were fully formed. This couch is awesome! It is so comfortable and the back of it is like a large ledge where you can easily put your cell phone, remotes, drinks, etc. The two large pieces appear to be the size of a twin/single bed. It is so easy to curl up and fall asleep on. The fabric is soft and inviting. It comes with small throw pillows. For those that have the habit of hugging pillows or struggle with anxiety, the smaller pillows are perfect for this and actually provide a tactile calming sensation by rubbing the pillow in the direction of the grooves in the material. The couch is odd in the sense that it is firm, yet soft. I purchased the largest sectional (5 pieces) and is big enough to comfortably fit 3 adults and a couple of kids, both sitting and laying down. I also like the fact it sits directly on the floor as this prevents toys, crumbs, and other items from getting underneath. Lastly, it looks as though all pieces, including all the pillows are removable and washable as they all have zippers. The fabric itself is easily wipeable with a damp cloth. If I didn't need the storage that my own sectional provides, I would 100% sell it and purchase this one. I fully recommend this sofa. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

QUALITY! I've had my couch for a month and a half now. It's firm enough to sit on comfortably but also cozy enough to lounge on all day. The shipping for the couch is two packages but with the ottoman it's 3. The shipper will send all your tracking numbers if you reach out. I have two young kids and this works great for our family.

Just got it today so wear and tear not reviewed. What I can say for a 4 person couch this is massive! Texture is so soft I just keep petting it lol. As for the cloud or boneless part I was very nervous about but it is very firm but yet comfortable. I’m 160 lbs and can sit and walk in it with out it sinking in. If I had to make one complaint it’s that the back rest behind the pillows is low so you do have to sit relaxed or slouch sit but im ok with that.
