  • Beautiful and functional -- you'll want TWO
Size: Small Color: Black
This coat is fabulous! After 1.5 years of owning it, it has -- hands down -- been my favorite go-to trench. I am 5'5" and the length is perfect. The fit is flattering (I get regular compliments on the way it fits) and covers the booty, allowing the belt to taper the waist. The stitching and buttons have held up to plenty of wear, and it is a terrific balance of warmth and protection. I've worn it on rainy days and breezy days, and it has protected me in both conditions. It layers very well over sweaters, blouses, t-shirts, and anything else I've paired it with. The color hasn't faded at all, although I haven't washed it much (maybe twice?). I liked my black one so much that I waited for the beige one to go on sale, and when it finally did, I snagged it. So now I have two which I alternate quite a bit. ... show more

  • Kept this over the Creatmo brand
Size: Small Color: Black
Love this raincoat! I wore this coat for the first time in Utah (in May). I purchased this coat and the Creatmo (which was highly rated) and kept this one instead. A few of the differences between the Sebby and the Creatmo: > Sebby feels more water resistant - Creatmo felt more (velvety). The sebby feels like it will be easier to brush off and keep clean. > Fit - the Creatmo poked out in a funny way at the rear whereas the sebby does not. Sleeve length is slightly shorter on the Creatmo. The sebby is slightly long on the sleeves for me with my arms down at my side but perfect when moving and such. > The Creatmo has an interior pocket that I really like. Sebby does not. The Creatmo also had straps on the sleeves that looked nice (I do wish the Sebby had the sleeve straps at the wrist). > The Sebby feels and looks a little higher quality. The buttons on the Sebby look nicer than the Creatmo also. > Water resistance is good, I wore it in a steady rain at 46 degrees with a sweater layered underneath and it was nicely warm and dry (also wore a scarf so that helped!). > Purchased the small - I'm 5'3 - fluctuate between 115-122lbs and the small fit perfectly with ease to move around. > The front pockets are nicely placed, not to far back like some coats. I do wish it had an interior pocket though. Hope this helps! ... show more

  • Love it, pick your normal size
Size: Large Color: Black
So I sized up because of the reviews and I am returning it and getting my normal size. I am 5 6, 147 lbs, 36 B, 29 waist, 37 hips, 16" calves and 22/23" thighs. I normally wear a 6 in pants, S/M in adult women's tops and M in coats unless they are tighter fitting. I purchased a LG, but will be returning for a M.the Lg was slightly bigger in the waist, but I was fine with that. The problem I had was the sleeves, they were too loose. It's insane because I have fairly broad shoulders and my biceps are bigger then what you would expect for my size, so I almost never have a problem with sleeves being too big. Most of the time there too small, too tight or just off..so this is a first for me The material is beautiful, it doesn't wrinkle the way normal rain jackets do. it has a nice amount of weight but not being too heavy and would most definitely keep you warm in 30 degree weather. If you had a fleece or sweater underneath, you could probably comfortably wear it in 25 degree weather. The back shoulders and arms are stretchy oh, so you don't feel constricted. The belt is a good quality and does not slide. The black buttons look beautiful and classy. I work in a catering company and part of my job is delivering and setting up caterings and the other part is visiting companies with gift cards etc, so I must look professional but also take into consideration that I work around food. This is the perfect blend!! ... show more

  • High quality! Flares at hips; minimal drape
Size: Small Color: Black
5'1" 110lb 34A, got size S. Fits exceptionally well on my broad shoulders and doesn't restrict when I lift my arms since there is a little bit of stretch which I love. However I sometimes want to wear these types of coats opened / unbuttonned and this flares a lot at the hips which isn't very flattering on my petite frame. The length is perfect though. Sleeves are 2-3" too long past my wrist but it doesn't bother me. The material seems high quality and is actually stiffer and thicker than I expected. Water and wind resistance appear as promised. This would be a great jacket for transitional fall/spring weather. This wouldn't be very packable, but it wasn't wrinkled out of the package so no steaming needed. Pockets are placed perfectly near the hips. I'm on the fence about returning because I want the flexibility of wearing it open and it just doesn't look good on me that way. But it's a really solid jacket and I'd recommend to most people if you're less picky than I am! ... show more

  • Loved it!
I ordered this for a recent trip to Scotland where you need to be prepared for rain at any time lol. I had a Gore-Tex jacket from The North Face for hiking or being out when we already knew it was pouring (luckily this scenario never popped up) but wanted something less athletic looking for strolling about “just in case”. This fit the bill perfectly. The stretchy side panel makes it so comfy, and it’s SO flattering. I absolutely the color, and the material is really nice. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. Also the hood is good, it’s not too small and not foolishly huge like some. I did get caught in the rain in Glasgow while wearing it and never felt wet (we were walking in the light rain for about 2 hours with no umbrellas). I wore this most days I was there and my one complaint would just be that it’s not very breathable. I do run hot though (I’m either freezing or sweating, no in between!) and was walking in it A LOT. Casual wear without any physical exertion likely wouldn’t cause any breathability issues! It’s wrinkled in my photo because I kept having to STUFF it into my suitcase or it would be rolled up in a ball in the backseat of the rental car. Also note: I’m about 5’3” with shortish arms and the sleeves were just right (I have a large…I’m about 165lbs but most of that is in my hips/butt. I am most often a Medium in tops but sometimes a large, bust measuring about 39). Oh and the pockets are good!! I fit quite a bit in them without making myself look like a pack mule lol. ... show more

  • A beautiful classic
Size: Large Color: Navy
This jacket is well made, comfortable (even if you have broader shoulders like I do), fits beautifully & keeps you dry. I bought it in the Navy and the color is rich. Well worth the price!

  • Great Jacket
Size: Small Color: Black
This jacket is excellent. On breezy days this helps keep you warm on rainy days. It repels very nicely the water a good shake and it’s dry again. I love the option of the hood could be removed. The buttons are stitched well and our stylish as well. Overall, I am impressed by the softness, the quality I purchased a simple black, but I am contemplating on ordering another color. I think this is a great spring or fall jacket that can be dressed up by removing the hood or dress down keeping the hood or using the hood on those windy or rainy days. I normally wear a size small and this small fits just fine with a little extra room. ... show more

  • Runs small - order a size up.
Size: Medium Color: Black
Great jacket, it just runs small. I went with the Amazon recommended size, which was wrong. I read the reviews and wanted to size up, but Amazon suggested the Med, & I went with that. Re ordering. This isn’t a summer light weight jacket it feels warm, which will be good for spring, fall.
