My new chair had some issues arriving (took about a month total) but I appreciate the effort by the company to make things right and I’m happy to report my new chair is not making ANY loud noises and is just as comfy as the first! I sit all day for work and my old desk chair was more for looks than comfort. I wanted something with a higher back that was plush feeling. This chair pretty much delivers it all with a few issues. The first issue I have is it’s lacking in the lumbar support area and there’s no way to adjust it. Second issue is that the base has begun to make this noise when I move. It’s LOUD. I haven’t had the chair that long so the fact I already hear this kind of noise is disappointing considering the pricepoint of the chair. I’m going to look into putting some kind of oil to see if it helps. Overall the chair is very well made and comfortable. I love the color and the feel of it. I’m sure a small pillow will fix the lumbar issue and for now I’ll just deal with the noise until I find a solution.

Easy to assemble and good quality. The chair came with a good instructions manual. Took almost 20-25 mins to assemble it. Final look was pleasing. The material used on the seating area is perfect leather but under the chair cloth is not A-quality and could be better. Complaints- The arm rest is not dimensioned at right height. I am 6’ and the arm resting position is a bit higher than other chairs. Couldn’t be at ease while resting my hands on the pads. I feel uncomfortable in just 5-10 mins and will lift up the arm bars. Don’t know how this can be fixed as there are no adjustable holes or something by which I can lower down the pads. Other than that everything is good.

I bought this chair to help with some of the lower back pain I had started experiencing when working from home. I noticed an improvement almost immediately. I found that this was easy to assemble and didn't require a lot of small steps, but it was helpful having another person to assist with installing the armrests. I also went for the white leather style, and I have been pleased with how well it's held up and how easy it's been to clean. Some notes: - Very firm lumbar support. Fantastic for me, could prove irritating for others. It took some getting used to. - I absolutely love how easy it is to adjust the armrests. They do go entirely vertical with the back of the chair when needed which was a key feature I was looking for. - You can adjust the "rock" of this chair. I started out with a more substantial rock but later tightened it up so now it moves very little.

I have been reasonably pleased with the quality and comfort of this desk chair, for the price. After 18 months of extensively working from home, I needed more comfort badly. The chair is comfortable, though after a few hours I do feel the cushion not giving me less comfort than would be ideal. All in all, a good purchase!

The chair is really nice and looks like a really nice chair. It is comfortable and was easy to put together. The only problem is it creaks every time you sit down. I'm going to try wd40 to see if that will help. This is a nice chair though and I would order again.

The chair is super comfortable but it is VERY loud. The squeaking noise is super annoying. My dog used to love sitting in my office but not anymore with how loud the chair is. We have tried adjusting a few times but nothing has helped so far. Hopefully the noise stops. Other than the noise the chair is beautiful and very comfortable.

I bought it because it matches my desk. Arm rests can be flipped up make it able to fit under the desk. The plastic plugs for back rest to the seat are too filmsy and easily pop-out.. A rubber one would be better. Wheels are not as smooth on wooden floor.

Since I have been working from home I needed to get a new computer chair as mine was pretty worn out. Cam across this one with flip up arms and have been enjoying it. My old chair did not have flip up arms and this one does and I have been liking that. I can put the arms up to store it under my desk or I can lift them up while sitting in it to adjust how I am sitting at my desk and use my desk as my arm rest. I swapped over my wheels from my old chair that are rubber that I had bought separately and not using the wheels that came with it.
