All the features listed are great. It's easily the most expensive chair I ever own but on the the other hand is easily the most comfortable and featured packed one as well. I'm disabled so I spend most days gaming in a chair. The adjustable head is something I didn't know I needed in life. It beats putting a pillow behind the head by margins. My neck and shoulders feel amazingly supported. The only thing I wish I could change on the chair would be the foot rest to be a little longer and go a tad higher, then it would be perfect. Nevertheless, all the positives far out weigh this aspect. One thing that concerns me is most chairs in this class have 10 yr some life time warranties. I found no such warranty information anywhere. Also, one review caught she had a chair with a broken back after less then a year and claims the company won't respond or fix the issue. In fact, this point alone made me look past this chair. However, they offered me payments so it was my only option. I hope this chair stands the test of time. A $1,400 chair should last at least 10 years. If this chair breaks in a year or two, bet I'll be letting everyone know. The fact the chair is made out of wood no matter if it's reinforced or not further makes me concerned. Aside from these concerns I'd rate the chair at a 9.5, minus .5 for the foot rest not being high or quite long enough. I'd recommend this chair only if you can swallow the no apparent warranty pill. ... show more

Product is absolutely great (but at a higher price). The only real problem was with the delivery–not the delivery person-he was really nice and helpful. I originally was given the option of where to make the delivery. I chose the front door but the driver decided not to take a chance driving up our 400 foot driveway. He parked about 30 feet from the road and I drove my garden tractor with a 5 or 6 foot long bed trailer and he loaded the recliners onto it. He then followed me up the driveway and help me unload the recliners. So far I am really satisfied with the quality of the material and workmanship. ... show more

It was just delivered today- on time. It took my husband about 15 minutes to assemble. Attached pictures show how much room in the seat- I’m 5’5” and 220lbs. The blue lighting can be turned off. The seat, lumbar, and head is supportive and comfortable. Lots of storage and the recline is smooth and quiet. The tray is removable, and can be mounted on left or right arm- or you can remove it altogether. We purchased the brown color, and it’s a deep brown per the photos. ... show more

    • Perfect for someone who's both big AND tall

I'm 6'4, 320 lbs and have a degenerative hip disorder and, thus far, this is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. I've only had it for a few hours currently but it absolutely blew me away how much better I felt compared to my old chair. Generally after about an hour in most chairs my hip starts hurting and I have to readjust or get up to relieve the pain, but this one is just so nice I feel wonderful. Assembling it wasn't horrible, but bring a friend. Doing it yourself kinda sucks, and the flap that covers the back of the bottom of the chair constantly keeps you from seeing if the 2 tracks you need to line up pretty close to perfectly are anywhere near close, but having someone help would probably alleviate that issue . The back is really comfortable, but it's only connected to the base at 2 points and feels kinda flimsy when you put it on. As soon as you sit down, however, it feels great. You can barely tell that it was 2 pieces at one point. And the Leather feels great too. I personally use this for my computer chair and can't actually reach the keyboard or mouse due to the recline, but the tray table works perfectly for my mouse and I just have my keyboard in my lap. Overall, I've found most companies make things for either big people or tall people, but this chair actually works for someone like me who is both. I gotta admit, the price kinda turned me off at first, but if you've got the money it's well worth it. ... show more
