Really liked this massager/heated seat cover for about a week then the softness wore off and the vibrating motors are painfully noticable in the back area. I gave 3 stars because it was great for the first week of use and the heat option is nice, but now I can barely sit on it in the car with out the motors jabbing me in the back causing additional pain.
