I've gone through several of these portable massagers over the years and I have to say this is the best quality I've used so far. It has very strong motors, and the materials are soft and well-made. It's been perfect so far so I would recommend it and buy again when I finally burn the motors out, but I don't think that will be for a while. I will update you when that happens... ... show more

actual pad is fine? -not quire lumbar support -only one heat setting that's barely warm -vibration is loud and turns on automatically, so you have to manually turn off vibration, and manually turn on heat

The discs that vibrate get noisy and I’m not even sure if all are still working. It does still provide heat. For the money, I’d find a real brand, not a knock off.
