This car is a lot of fun, it’s very fast for it size so it’ll take some getting use to. Drifting under the right conditions is possible but it takes a lot of practice. Perfect for indoors. Battery life is good, it has a ton of lights. Get a couple of them for when your hanging out with your buddy’s in the shop. This little car for the price is a blast. Runs great on mostly smooth pavement. Dosent do too well on medium shag carpet. Only down side is hair and fibers easily get caught by the CV shafts.

    • The most fun I've had with an RC in years.
I was going to buy a Mini-Z until I saw all the glowing reviews for this little gem. I didn't expect much for $60 but I literally can't stop playing with this car. I bought the drift wheels/tires for it, but honestly the tires it comes with are perfect for drifting on smooth floors. The controller is great and very responsive, no complaints there. Battery life is great, especially if you dial back the throttle on the controller and unplug the LED lights from the ESC. I get 20 minutes + on a full charge. I ended up stripping out one of the small gears on the driveshaft, but I repaired it with the gears that come with the truck. I plan on upgrading all gears and differentials to full metal, as there are a TON of upgrades for this truck. I've been out of the RC game for a few years, but this purchase has definitely given me the bug again! At the price point you seriously can't beat it. Great fun! ... show more

Cheap but great! I like that you’re able to adjust the speed so the littles ones can use it and not destroy it. My charges did come messed up but it’s no big deal. I do recommend purchasing this RC.

I was a little discouraged after I ordered it . It shipped super fast but went to the wrong address and I never got it but I had it replaced and on my doorstep the next day. Love these little hobby grade 1:28 scale cars by WLToys. I’ve got the 284161 as well. This little truggy’s differentials are TIIIGHT! I hope it wears quickly or I’m going to have to get in there and manually sand it down (YouTube videos out there for guidance) the motor runs very hot due to this issue so take it easy the first couple batteries in hopes it loosens up. You can tell by pushing it from behind, if the tires don’t want to freely roll (with a bit of cogginess) then it’s too tight. I drive these FPV(first person view). Just double stick foam tape an AIO FVP cam/vtx combo on the top, pull power from the battery (make sure your AIO system is rated for 2s) and this thing is a freaking blast. ... show more
