The pillow is very thick which makes it a problem when used driving a car. The covering is similar to velvet which makes it difficult to slide onto especially in a car. It is firm and comfortable and helps keep my back straight.

So - this guy is large and cushioned well, however, I strongly advise against ordering the pink if you can’t keep a straight face like myself. I got this for my daughter to help her posture, it is way too big for a child and probably most adults. The pink makes it look questionable as far as being appropriate or modest in any way. My mind went straight to the gutter and I would hesitate to ever bring this in public. I’m sure it works great, however, the pink is a huge no-go for us.

This cushion is every bit of comfort needed after the SI Joint Fusion Surgery or any tailbone surgery. I would even say for anyone experiencing tailbone pain this is beneficial. I have received great pain relief since I bought it.
