This is a very nice blanket. The top of it is smooth and the bottom that you feel is like newly sheared lamb fir. Very soft, warm and even looks like it but not wool. The blanket is very warm without the power on and soft. Another thing that my old blanket didn’t do is the light on the controller turns off after a few seconds, my old one stayed on until I turned it off, I hate lights in my bedroom! It warms up fast and can be programmed to turn off at a set amount of time. Controls are easy to use even in the dark. The only thing negative is the side overhang is to short. This seems to be made for older matrices that were thinner than today’s memory foam thick ones. My matrice is 11” thick and so is the blanket over hang so it can’t be tucked in, it’s plenty long though so the end can be, so if you like a tightly tucked bed and have a thick mattress you won’t want this one. The heating elements fit my queen mattress perfectly and I can’t feel the wires at all. Overall I like it a lot and recommend it for most people.

I ordered this heating blanket to stay warm while working from home, and overall, I really like it! The blanket is super soft and plush, and the green color I chose is absolutely beautiful. It adds a nice touch to my space. That said, I’m deducting one star because my first blanket had a defect — only half of it heated up, likely due to a broken wire inside. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an uncommon issue. However, I decided to give it another shot and ordered a replacement, which works perfectly! The blanket takes about 15 minutes to heat up, but once it does, it’s wonderfully warm and cozy. It’s far superior to the one my boyfriend uses (a different brand), which takes forever to get warm. I’m considering ordering another one in brown for my bedroom. If you’re okay with the possibility of needing an exchange, I think this blanket is a great choice. It's warm, soft, and definitely worth it in my opinion.

Bought this blanket because husband was always cold at night and even wore a hooded jacket!!! I was hot!!! So this blanket is wonderful!! Gone is the hoodie and he puts his side on to keep him warm. He adjusts the heat as needed. It turns itself off when programmed for the appropriate time. I love it because it is so very soft and cuddly and light in weight. I am sure I will use my heated side in the winter but right now I just like it with no heat. It fits our queen size bed very well and does not slip or slide on the bed!!! Easy to program from the start. Do wish the console stayed lit when turned on. Very happy with this blanket and beige color so much that I bought him a matching throw with foot pouches for him to use on his favorite family room chair. Hopefully, no more complaints about cold drafts!! I might get one for myself as well for the winter. Have not washed it yet so I am hoping it stays as nice as it is now. Highly recommend. 11/18/24 update. Just ordered a King size as husband said he needed more blanket on sides of our Queen size bed. Still loving this Queen size Sealy blanket but King will give more coverage for those who turn over more during sleep.

Purchased this blanket for my wife this past Christmas, and every day she says how much she loves it. I will say: it is a super soft blanket, and it can get very toasty if you want it too! It's very well made, and has held up with daily use so far. We purchased a Sunbeam brand blanket that lasted maybe 2 weeks before going out. This one has been used several hours each evening for 3 months, and it's doing good! It has a temperature control where you can select how warm you want it, and it has a auto-off timer as well. It is a good size as well. I am 5' 10", and it stretches from my feet to my upper chest easily. As with any heated blanket, you do have to plug it in, and that can be a bit annoying having it tethered to an outlet...but that comes with the territory. We both love this blanket, and recommend it!

I purchased this electric blanket a few months ago and really wish I had tried it sooner so I could return it. The blanket itself is very soft and cozy, and the king size fits perfectly, I love how it feels. Unfortunately, it doesn’t heat up as much as it should, even on the highest setting. The heat also isn’t evenly distributed, there are several areas that stay completely cold. It’s disappointing because it defeats the purpose of having a heated blanket. The quality and comfort are nice, but the heating performance really falls short.
