I had originally as rated 1-Star as shipping was a bit late and package tracking was not as detailed as Amazon shipping. It arrived a day late, but in good condition. Installation was fairly straightforward, though the documentation could be improved. I had a problem fitting the shield to the laser module and ended up breaking the tab on the shield that fits over the air feed so I'm running without the shield (but have the proper eye protection). That said, the pump is VERY QUIET, and pressure is easily regulated with the inline control. Air feed is exactly what I expected, and test engraving shows much cleaner with better depth of cut and precision per pass. Next test is 3D Greyscale engraving and all expectations are that it will impress. I think any user should pay attention to ensuring the air pressure doesn't move the piece, a tendency I noticed while playing around with settings and various sized scraps.
