First thing I think that they did a decent job with the build quality on this machine, it feels solid except for the covers. The camera seems a bit off no matter how much i calibrate this thing and I just cant get it right. The software that comes with it needs some work but it works good, reminds me somewhat of cricut design space. I've tried both the default software and Lightburn, I prefer lightburn but the software that they make is really good and I think if they do some updates it will be a great program. For my use I think it is a good buy and good value for money, simple to use with some bugs here and there but if your just getting started with lasers this might be a good buy in my opinion. the enclosure and the ability to look at the work being done is pretty cool in my book. wireless capability would have been awesome and i wish they had implemented this as i don't like having cables running to my laptop.

Not good. Could not even get the camera to align the calibration. Front right corner is out of the camera view. The fan is not powerful enough to get the smoke out of the cabinet. The light in the front puts bars over the bed so you can't see anything because the shadow. The air pump is very loud as seen in my video. The worst part is the software, so buggy it lost my camera settings mid print and could not connect. The camera is almost worthless as you can only snap a picture. I tried aligning the previous cut but of course the camera is not accurate. Even with my wood taped down the and I went to cut down the previous laser etched wood, when I didn't change anything except the laser strength the cut was off as shown in the box. I hate that I spent this much money on this!!!!

I love this engraver, it does a fantastic job on everything I was engraving from wood to slate! The problem I’m having is with customer service and the lack of response from them. The engraver has a 1 year warranty on it and after 4 months it stop working, I contacted support via email (which is the only way) and sent them everything they asked for and it’s been 2 weeks with no response. I’ve reached out multiple times to see how the progress was going but nothing back. I loved the engraver but support is not there.

Great laser engraver with only one negative. The Creality Falcon software is a bit difficult to find. The laser itself is extremely well built and performs very well. I’m using Lightburn because it is just simply better. Calibration of the camera in the Creality software as well as Lightburn is a little tricky and time consuming but worth the effort.

Pretty good until it stops working because some of the pulleys stalled and there is no guide to repair otherwise I would fix it myself, out of the way, easy to use.

La máquina está increíble no suelta olores es rápida y para para cortar cuero es excelente. Me parece que el software es un poco limitado frente a lo que puedes hacer con lightburn. Hubiera tenido 5 estrellas si venía con la cama para corte tipo panal de abeja
