    • Great for Stabilizing RV Awning
I ordered these stabilizing RV awning arm safety straps to use on my travel trailer which has a fairly good sized roll out awning. These awning are like parachutes and one needs to be very careful when the wind starts to blow or else the awning could be ripped from the RV roof. I use these to go around the awning support brace connected to straps with some elastic which I then tie down to big plastic water jugs filled with water to help stabilize and control the awning against unexpected high winds. They work as designed and give me piece of mind if the winds pick up while I'm over at the pool I can rest easy. ... show more

Nice awning tie straps, much netter than the small bungees we usually use and will probably last a few seasons. Made from durable cordura webbing with OK velcro sections. The velcro does hold but appears to be incredibly flimsy sew grade velcro. This will probably be what goes first. Solid looking buckles, and holds our RV awnings from rattling while going down the road. Fair price for the amount received. Would give it 5 stars were it not the for the flimsy velcro part. ... show more
