So far we're super pleased with this cover. We have searched before for replacement canopies, just the cover, not the frame. I was tickled to see this was available. Some reviews have indicated it is a tight fit. It is but it must be, otherwise it would pocket rain water, which can cause heavy weight and damage your frame. (speaking from experience). It's definitely of better quality and would seem more durable than what came with our original canopy which was a COOSHADE Durable Easy Pop Up Canopy Tent 12x12Ft. The new top arrived when stated it would. Very happy with it. Good fit. Seem like it is very good quality. We'll see how it holds up over time. The original one lasted four years. The only criticism I have so far is it should say in the description that it doesn't come with the tie-down ropes like the original did. It wasn't a big deal to get rope and make four new tie downs, but we didn't know it didn't come with them until we opened the package and set it up. ... show more

This canopy is very nice quality. It has lots of velcro straps to secure it to the frame and the color (red) is perfect. The fabric is quite thick and has held up well so far. The fit was great on a 10 x10 pop up. It was very easy to install and provides great shade.

This product is already having issues.The sizing is incorrect and they are collapsing with rain! I do not recommend this product. Since they are already assembled it is impossible to return. One of my frames had been destroyed and now I will need to purchase an entire new structure.

Very nice canopy, and love the green. It has a silver under-lining, so it’s not too dark from underneath. Looks so pretty in our yard next to our garden. The green canopy blends in beautifully against our garden.

I like the quality of this cover, it it was so difficult to put it on the gazebo, I have a 10x10 and that’s the size I’ve ordered but one of the corners broke while I was trying to place it, I’m disappointed.
