  • Great Quality, Easy to Assemble, Amazing Price
Color: White Size: 700c Style: Network 3.0
Surprisingly Great bike I’ve had for a few years now. I’m 6’2 and this bike is great for me. At the time I purchased, I was using daily at 200 - 215 pounds and riding multiple miles a day. Still holding strong. Make sure to take care of it and it will take care of you. Can’t go wrong with price and build quality. Also extremely easy to assemble. ... show more

The bike is great. I have the same one. I bought this for a birthday gift. Unfortunately it came scratched up.

  • First impressions & assembly
Color: White Size: 700c Style: Network 3.0
Bike was easy to assemble, as it arrives mostly assembled aside from the seat, handlebar, pedals, and front wheel. Brakes needed some adjusting (although perhaps that's because the people responsible for assembling it decided to forgo the instructions ... hmmm). It's lightweight and comfortable to ride. A big improvement over my very solid 1990s-era mountain bike! For those wondering about size, I'm 5'7" and had to raise the seat up from it's lowest position about 2 - 3" for it to be a comfortable riding height (although I like a high seat). Although not shown in the photos, this bike DOES come with a kickstand and front and rear reflectors. I made the mistake of ordering a kickstand before taking the bike out of the box. Whoops. Nothing negative to report, just yet! ... show more

  • Not the Best, but Good for the Novice Rider
I'm 5 '4 and this bike is the right size. The bike assembly is not for a novice and took about 4 hours to put together because the instructions in the booklet enclosed are not very good and are not specific to the bike. I'm sure if you take it to a bike shop it would solve that problem. My husband had to play with the brakes to get them to work properly. Also, I did not realize that when the description says 16" the length is from the handle bars to the bottom of the bike seat. I origianlly purchased the bike so I could ride with my 2 your old son. My plan was to install his Weeride Kangaroo in front of my seat. Well, because the bike is so short, my husband had to modify the Weeride so I would fit behind the bike. The seat is not very comfortable so I repleaced with one that has memory foam. The ride is much more enjoyable. I've had the bike for a few weeks now and have gone on several bike rides. I feel like I need to continue to play with the gears and the placement of the seat because it just doesn't feel quite right. I definaely wish I had tried it to compare it to other bikes. For the price, I think its a decent bike. ... show more

  • Will be returning.
Color: Matte Blue Size: 18-Inch Frame, 28-inch Wheels Style: Network 1.5
Pros: The assembly was easy if you know how a bike works (the manual is very broad and doesn't cover specifics about this exact bike) and minor adjustments needed for the brakes which is to be expected. Overall look and durability feel of the bike is nice. I'm 5'9" 180lbs riding with a backpack and uniform. Cons: Rode the bike 10 times since purchasing, approximately 2 miles each time with some uphill/downhill portions. The bike will not stay in 4th or 5th gear, it continues slipping as I'm pedaling which is extremely annoying. The front and rear reflectors both broke while hand tightening to the seat and handle bars. Already ordered a different bike and will be returning this one once it arrives. ... show more

  • I’m 5 Foot 7 Inches I’m 5 Foot 7 Inches
Color: Matte Blue Size: 18-Inch Frame, 28-inch Wheels Style: Network 1.5
Schwinn Network 1.5 700c /28mm Matte Blue 15 inch Frame I was a bit nervous about buying a bike online since I read the reviews how some customers were missing parts to the bike. Also I wasn’t too sure about the size, I just went with the suggested sizing according to my height on the Schwinn sizing chart. The bike came with all parts included thankfully (except tools of course), and the size was correct for my height ( more about the height further down -keep reading.) Since I knew I was going to assemble this bike, I watched a lot of videos on how to assemble. And they were all different but similar. The instructions provided are universal, and the video on the Schwinn website is universal as well. But it wasn’t hard to figure out, it was actually less steps than the videos. I’m 5 Foot 7 Inches, and this bike is perfect for standard sizing. I have to put the seat all the way down so it can be to my height level. Only my toes reach the ground while I sit on the seat. I was looking for a bike that let’s put my feet flat on the floor while I’m sitting. I’m actually looking for expert advice to see if I can change my wheel from the 28” to a 26 or even 24 inch. Not sure if I can yet. Other than that, it’s a good bike, packaged really well, super protected. ... show more

  • Decent inexpensive bike - with one exception
Color: White Size: 700c Style: Network 3.0
I've had the bike just over a year and put about 700 (mostly road and paved trail) miles on it. It's a decent inexpensive bike. The gear shifting is a little finicky but generally works. I did have one issue with it recently - the freewheel assembly on the rear wheel (the part with the 7 gear sandwich) became wobbly on me and then fell apart. when I took it in to a bike shop to repair it, they guy said that shouldn't happen and that I should get it replaced by warranty if I could. I contacted Schwinn and they sent me a replacement wheel and freewheel assembly. I had to put them together, swap the tire/tube from my old wheel and then put it back on my bike, which wasn't too much work. And as far as I can tell, it seems to be working fine again. So a negative on the quality, but a positive on the warranty service. ... show more
