The media could not be loaded. I have been upgrading furniture in my home office since the start of this summer. Definitely I wanted a chairs with headrest and I found this chair. It took about 20 minutes to assemble it. I can feel the materials are sturdy which made me feel very secure when sitting on it. Very easy to adjust the height, headrest, and the armrest. I feel very comfortable and relaxing. It is absolutely worthy the money.

This chair is very heavy. It is well made. It provides lumbar support and depending on height can provide neck support. My husband can use the neck support, he is 6'8". Whereas I am 5'4" and cannot benefit from it. Another plus to it is that the chair was easy to assemble.

I work in my home office 8 hours a day (or more) so a good chair is a must. This one has adjustable arms, adjustable height, adjustable lumbar support, and an adjustable head/neck rest. Assembly was relatively quick and simple, and the quality seems good. the base is all metal and looks and feels nice. The frames for the seat and back are some sort of plastic or composite, but strong and not cheap-feeling. The arms are adjustable for width, height, and even angle. By that I mean they rotate in or out while remaining parallel to the floor. That could be handy, but I find myself bumping them and accidentally moving them when I don't mean to. The height adjustment has a latch so it remains in place. The lumber support can be manually adjusted up or down, but not in or out, so if you want more or less curvature, you're out of luck. But at least you can center it on your lower back. Similarly, the head/neck rest can be adjust up or down, but no forward or back. The back reclines and has a tension adjust similar to most office chairs. The height is adjusted by twisting the end of a rod rather than pulling it up. I find the chair to be pretty comfortable, but I sit so much that any chair gets old after a while. I find the mesh more comfortable on my back than on the seat, and I'm using a portable gel cushion for that. Your mileage may vary.

I've had a couple used, name-brand fancy chairs before, but not a nice mesh chair. I've made this my primary chair. The mesh is much better for staying cool than a solid chair and the comfort is still excellent enough that I don't feel I'm missing anything. The default setting for the lean-back resistance is perfect for me and I haven't changed it. The armrests rotate between 3 positions for your elbows. I wish it had more resistance, but I do work in an industrial, outdoor setting, so I'm probably throwing more arm weight at these than might have been expected. I wear 38-40" waist pants, and there's about an inch of room on either side of my hips that would still be cushioned. Another 2-3 inches on each side before I'd touch the vertical posts for the armrests. At 6-foot zero, the headrest has another couple positions higher it could go, so it should be fine if you're up to 6'2". Assembly is easy, although I did end up putting the armrests on backwards at first, quick fix though.

The base is made of steel, it is a heavy well made, sturdy chair. The seat is comfortable, and the lumbar support is very nice. The arms are adjustable up/down in/out. The head support at the highest position is too low for me, it wouldn't even go on under my head on the neck for support. However, my 5'4 wife liked it and the head support worked great for her. It was very easy to put together and the hand tightener they provided was very nice for making sure the screws were tight. I do recommend this; taller individuals won't get the head support though.
