    • How to operate correctly
Size: 2 Person Sauna Kit
The instructions for assembling the steam sauna are poor. Here are more instructions: 1. Connecting the poles is easy, follow diagram. 2. Placing the cover over the frame is a bit tricky, I had to restart several times. Make sure to unzipper in full first. Keep in mind that the two windows will end up on the top and on the front of unit. 3. Once cover is in place, the zipper is hard to get around the corners, you will need to wiggle and work the zipper for a while. 4. There are no instructions at all on the heating unit. 5. The key to the whole operation of the steam system is that the lid needs to be locked in place by pushing it down and turning it. When I first sat inside it was nice, it was warm but it wasn't hot enough and my only thought was that this was a waste of money. Then I noticed steam escaping from the heating unit. That is when I pushed the lid down and turned it to lock it into place. Within 30 seconds I was in a real steam room. I couldn't be happier with this item. ... show more

Easy to put together and even though instructions are vague there were no problems. Once I got it running I was not able to achieve any temps above 98.7 in 70 degree ambient temperatures. It took 15 minutes to get steam. I went to the web site to chat with (owner, inventor, sole proprietor) and even though it said he would get back with me rapidly I received no response. 2nd day I tried again and then sent email as instructed. No response since last week. Did some looking around and the steam generator that comments said was 1600 watts was only 1300 watts on my device. I felt taken. Then I find newer device at 1700 watts…. Same company. I am returning the device partially from poor to NO performance. The web site of the (whom ever) sells them for 50 bucks cheaper today’s price $70 less than Amz. Replacement on it’s way from Amazon since no way I am going to deal with the guy that says he will fix everything and does not communicate back. Checking instructions, they say to use it at setting 1-9 but you could go higher on the dial. No way 9 is top settings available on this steam generator. OK being a trusting soul I got a replacement with these results. Review sauna Start temp 83.4 in sauna before generator started. 3 Thermometers concur. Set 45 mins @ 9 Steam @ 11 mins Temp in enclosure after 25 mins 97.7 degrees. Somewhere I smell scam or something. ... show more

It works well and do the job. I don't expect that the plastic dome will last too long but the heater is not bad at all. If you need for a few months it will do the job, but if you want for long term I suggest to spend in higher quality products .

I rarely write reviews for products, just do the star thing but felt it incumbent upon me to do so. This is a great product for its limitations. Let me explain, this is not a commercial grade steamer. But its a great portable steamer that you can pretty much put anywhere. I wish it would get a little hotter but it will definitely make you feel uncomfortable (in the good way). A good steam should tax the body a little. And as an avid steamer, I can tolerate better than most. I do put it up to 9 (that's all the way). I can stay in almost 30 minutes (typically in a commercial my max is 22 minutes). I wish it would generate a little more steam, I like it to be a fog inside but it does the job fairly well in that department too. Setup was easy but it is just wide enough to not fit through doorways so put it together where you want it, you'll get less frustrated, trust me. Overall, this is more than I expected. It has allowed us to cancel our gym membership (d/t the pandemic the steam room continues to be off limits) and save a couple of hundred dollars a month. Hopefully this lasts for a long time, but the Owner of Sauna Rocket seems very welling to accommodate things that break. I definitely would be willing to try out more of their products if they continue to improve and innovate their product line. 2nd generator bubble thing never worked, company never contacted me back or sent new one, the one that does work, the rubber comes loose so there isnt a tight fit so steam comes out of unit instead of into tent so i have to put a weight on it, no chair or bench included. i had for a few months before i put together bcuz i travel so much but when it does work it is really good. ... show more

I was skeptical with the reviews however I've had zero issues. It gets super steamy inside. We threw a blanket underneath and draped 2 on top and it made it 20° hotter inside. I can only last 15-20 mins max! So happy!

I have had great results with this sauna! Make sure you keep it in a room with temps above 40+ and you should have no issues reaching the desired temps. It has been a great purchase! Made with good materials that seem like they’ll last.
