Put bike together, charged it, and it didn't turn on. I thought it didn't work but realized the key had to be in it to start it. Duh!! Overall, great bike!! Kinda heavy but no real complaints. Its rides smooth and pucks up speed pretty quick

Love this Ebike. It's very good for the price. Comfortable to ride. Range is about 15 miles at full speed. Top speed is 35mph. That is plenty fast for a Ebike. If you need more speed get a motorcycle. Customer service was fast to get back to me. I put a lockable case on the rack to store tools, emergency kit, lock or whatever else I might need.
