I am so impressed with this jacket! Right out of the box it was substantial weight so I knew that it was good quality material before I even took it out of the bag. Then when I did get it out, I was even more pleasantly surprised! The material is the quality of more expensive, name brand jackets. It’s very soft but sturdy for a rain jacket. Doesn’t feel rubbery or plastic at all. The inner lining is really soft as well. And I love the contrasting red plaid color. It is a bit heavier than I was expecting, but definitely still a lightweight rain jacket. It seems like it’s going to hold up well and do a good job keeping me dry. As far as sizing, I am in between a large and extra large, so I ordered the XL, because I would want it to be a little bigger rather than too small. However, the XL looks a little too oversized for my liking, so I am going to return for a large. If you’re going for the oversized look, go ahead and size up one. But if you want a more fitted, tailored look, you would be fine with ordering your normal size. Overall I am really very happy with this jacket and I can’t wait for my return to process so I can wear it out.

The size is fine, but the fit is off a bit. The belt waistline is closer to the ribcage than the waistline and I am only 5'4" ! The color is lovely and the fabric is really nice so I made it work by removing and lowering the belt loops.

I purchased this raincoat for a work trip & it did not disappoint. The thickness is lightweight but keeps you warm when it’s a cold rainy day. The size is true to size as it was a little loose for adding a thick sweater during those colder months. The buttons, & zipper are all perfect and I had no issues on any of them. I love the cute lining of the coat as it is very comfortable, not itchy, & is soft on your skin. The color was exactly like the product online & the lining color is so cute! For the price, I would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed. What was another plus was when it rained, the water didn’t go through the fabric at all. It rolled off or just stayed ontop. Highly recommend this coat!

The fabric feels high-quality and the fit is true to size, but I was hoping the lining would be tan and blue plaid. I received the red & tan plaid lining. My other issue with the jacket is that the sleeves are wide so it looks a little sloppy on me. I would have kept it if those two things were different.

I wear this a lot, not only in the rain but also in chilly weather. It's got some weight to it. I'm so glad I have it for fall. The plaid lining in the hood is a nice style touch. It arrived wrinkled, but you can steam it, or hang near your shower. Highly recommend.

I have never owned a “trench” coat but have known for years that it is considered a wardrobe staple. I am 5’6” 117 lbs and bought size S in black. I love it! It’s heavy weight and the material is soft and feels to be of quality. I absolutely hate the plaid interior lining, I thought it would be the reason I’d return it, but I removed the hood and now you can’t see the lining! I would probably rarely use the hood anyway. The belt and belt loops do sit too high as other reviews mentioned, but it’s not a deal breaker. The belt is more up around my rib cage, not my waist. It looks ok! I love this coat and it is big enough to wear over winter sweaters! The sleeves are also long enough which is always a plus. It is a bit boxy but since when is a trench coat supposed to be super figure flattering? I’m going to wear this to work at my office everyday this fall! Love it!
