This strap was kind of big and hard for me personally to maneuver. I wanted something that I could use to stretch my foot for my plantar fasciitis, but also for exercise and stretching. I didn't realize that this one doesn't stretch at all. It works well if you just want to loop your foot and pull it, but not other types of exercise. Well constructed, just not what I personally needed.

I am so glad I decided on buying this strap. It’s very long, so I can use it on a pulley with an over the door attachment. It looks well constructed, no weird chemical smells, doesn’t stretch, and wide enough to hold comfortably. Additionally , it comes with a guide and a little carrier bag. Great quality purchase at a good price.

I bought this strap as a stretching aid to use while going through rehab after knee surgery. The strap exceeded my expectations in every way. The loops are big enough to use with shoes on. The loops are made with one side longer than the other so they naturally fall open making it easier to slip a foot into. The strap is long enough to allow a variety of stretching exercises (I'm 6'3"). The stitching is high quality.
