I just installed the 3-pack in my garage for all of my bicycle helmets and they work great. All three were super easy to install since the kit comes with everything you need (except for the installation tool, per usual). It took me about 3-4 minutes to install each one. My helmets mount onto the round ball pretty well, but I do wish the top was flattened out a bit to keep the helmets from sliding forward or backward. However, I realize these mounts are made more for motorcycle helmets rather than bicycle helmets so I understand the original design. The hook below the helmet mount is great for handing my Camelbak's. Build quality is great and the kit even includes screw covers to keep everything looking very stylish and sleek - you can't even tell there are screws holding the mount to the wall. It's quite easy removing my helmet and Camelbak and the mounts can handle quite a bit of weight. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these mounts as they've allowed me to clean up my gear and make my garage look much better.

Exactly what I needed. I bought these to mount the firefighter helmet that my husband received as a retirement gift. I needed something that would support the weight of the helmet and not let it flop down. I like this style over the flat ring designs. This rack is durable and easy to mount on the wall. It will easily hold motorcycle helmets or even ball caps.

I ended up buying another set, I have several helmets that I had stored on a bakers rack (I have friends who like to go riding with me, but don't have their own helmet, so I kept some extras for them to use) Now I was able to remove the bakers rack and have the helmets much easier to grab and looks nicer as well.

The helmet rack works nicely; keeps racing suits organized and out of way. And allows for some airing out. Only issue is, the mounting screws provided are cheap. Very easy to snap head off when instating rack. Plan to provide your own screws that are of higher quality.

What is there not to appreciate about these helmet hangars? All required hardware for mounting is including. You will need only an electric drill / screw driver, and you might consider a beefier anchor for drywall. I love everything about these. There are no sharp edges to snag the liner for your helmets, they are sturdy in the drywall, the paint is a cool looking dark matte, they are easy to set up, they swing approx 180 degrees from right to left in case you have several helmets to hang together and the hooks at the bottom are a great finishing touch. Lastly, the price is extremely reasonable for a niche market (motorcyclists) who often have to pay a premium for otherwise basic accessories. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Love these Helmet Mounts! Keeps helmets out of the way and easy to get to. Proper anchoring is key. I had one come off, thank Gawd my helmet wasn't on it. I re-anchored with some butterfly style wall anchors. **Don't use the plastic molly's!!
