Used these on a recent motorcycle trip with a friend. Ran the intercom for over 8hrs and the battery only dropped to 80%. Sound quality and volume is great. Obviously at higher speeds you are fighting wind noise but that partially depends on your helmet. Range is decent but works mainly on line of sight. Hills/curves/etc between riders will cause a little static. Linking two intercoms was super easy. Tried linking a 3rd headset that was a Cardo but couldn’t figure it out. I believe it can be done but linking more than 2 headsets or with other brands becomes increasingly difficult and complicated. Our headset arrived very quickly after placing order & was in perfect condition . Headsets were easy to set up & work great . We just needed them to communicate with eachother while riding the trike . We can hear eachother perfectly without background noise interference. Actually the range is farther distance then what we needed them for . We tested them out in the yard before going for a ride . So far so good after trying them out for short while today. We have 4 of them paired up. The primary reason for 4 stars is that the instructions are not clear as to how to pair 4. You can pair 2 or 3 of them fairly easy, But to pair 4 was difficult. I can understand why some people might complain about the sound quality for music but we are using these just for communication between 4 riders so music is not an issue in our case. I will try to update the review after a few times out on the trails later this year (2026) ... show more

Everything about these units that I've tested have been very good for the price. I can talk clearly and hear clearly all the way up through the 65+mph range. If you set the speakers in the right spot in your helmet, of course. That can be a little challenging depending on your personal set up. They are just like most other bluetooths. Connecting to your phone is easy. Getting used to the different button commands may take a little time, but it's mostly pretty intuitive. Ultimately, it's a great little system that won't cost you as much as other big, well known brands. The ONLY thing I dislike, is as I mentioned in the title: it's not USB-C. It's the dreaded Mirco USB connection, with the flat side with two small prongs. So just be very careful, because these connectors are notoriously short lived. If they had swapped that out for a standard C connection, it'd be perfect. ... show more

Price was pretty reasonable for the 2 pack. But this is my first intercom system so with no real frame of reference I will write what I think is good, the sound quality was surprisingly good, loud, I’m pretty hard of hearing and this was far louder than I expected. Setting up the intercom was easy, setting up Bluetooth also easy. Play pause music is one button, one button for intercom. (Hooking up intercom really requires 1 person per head set). Installing in helmet was easy. My singular gripe so far is the intercom connection is slow to connect like 2-3 seconds. Update after a year and some change: Play pause works, skipping to next track - I can't recall ever getting it to skip a track. Hit the volume + button twice to skip only ever turns up the volume for me, I'm not saying it doesn't work - it might just be me. But I did double check the instructions. Does this change my star rating, no, is it a pain, yes, but at this point it is a pain that I'm used to. ... show more

My wife and I got e bikes and started riding them. The thought was its something else we can do together. We rode a few time and found we can't ride side by side much if at all so we end up not being able to talk. I got this intercom set and installed it on our helmets. Sticking the main device on the side of the bike helmet was pretty much the same as a motorcycle helmet. The speakers and boom mike had to be stuck on differently. I use the velcro speaker mounts and cut them in half and placed them at the top of the ear arch. They hang out a bit but end up being right above the ear and work great for hearing each other. The boom mike had to be mounted on the side of the helmet which makes the orientation off but I was able to twist the boom slightly and get it close to the correct side towards our mouths. In operation they worked very well. We were able to communicate even when almost out of sight on a straight away. The noise reduction worked well. Bicycles just don't go as fast as a motorcycle so there is never going to be as much wind noise. I highly recommend these if you want to be able to talk while riding bikes. ... show more
