I’ve had a few different anchor types and have to say for my ski this has been great. Sturdy plastic, easy to store, and the bright color makes it easy to spot. The one thing I don’t like about it is also what makes it so portable is how it breaks down. It’s nice you can make the anchor longer or shorter by using only certain pieces. However, when you pull the anchor up you may find it hard to breakdown as the sand gets trapped in between the tabs and make it hard to pull apart. ... show more

Work perfect the problem is went you going to stored is hard to break it down, I was not able to break it down. so I have to put it in side of the jetski to take it back home and I lost it, felt off my jetski. I will not buy it again, I going to find another one more better to break it down and be able to stored in my jetski. Sorry 😔. ... show more

    • The company made things right, when my original purchase was defective / damaged. Good stuff!!
UPDATE: The company reached out to make things right with me, and they did. I also asked other boater friends of mine, and they didnt have the same experience as me with this anchor. So I'm convinced that I recevied one that was maybe already cracked or damaged in transit before it was delivered to me. Either way, the company was professional and I even ordered some of their other products as well that I have had no issue with. Original: This sand anchor snapped on the very first use. I even purchased the recommended bungee line from sand shark as well. My boat is only 18ft and 1850 lbs. I was anchored at a calm sandbar as well, where boaters have this type of sand anchor and other sand shark models, which is why I purchased this. Not sure if there was a defect in mine (plastic), but it broke on day one. Pieces went floating away. ... show more

Fine sand gets in between connections and it makes it VERY difficult to take apart(if you’re needing to store it in a PWC).
