The 3 pc Shelf kit is very easy to adjust and setup. There is basically a plastic wing nut on each side and you loosen it, adjust the shelf over the TV, and set the leg on the rear of the TV panel so it will support the shelf. You screw the wingnut back in to tighten and lock, repeat for the other side, and you are done. It takes all of about 30 seconds to position shelf, check it, and lock it down. Each leg where the wingnut tightens down is actually grooved so the leg and wingnut tighten down very securely and will not come undone. That is a good feature. Each shelf is quite sturdy and there is a lip at the back of the shelf only there is no lip at the side. Some people may want the lip and others may not because they may want an item that hangs off slightly for whatever reason. The top of the shelf is textured in the style of 'diamond plate'. Overall this a nice quality plastic shelf that sits atop the TV. I could even see people using it for Center Channel speakers for a surround sound system. Ultimately it is your shelf and TV and you will put what you like on them. I wish I had these a long time ago. It is very handy for TV accessories such as Remote Controls. My TV is a 50" with a full-motion mount and I find I do like the shelves above the TV. The front lip on the shelf angles downwards and with most TV I really do not think you would see the lip. I know I do not and my TV is under 1 year and is a TCL. That lip is needed because that is what is holding the shelf onto the front of the TV as the legs support it in the rear. Again they have All the measurements you need to reference before you decide to order, so if you order something and it does not fit the way you thought it means you didn't pay attention and check everything properly. After all, it is just a plastic shelf and a nice one for what it is. Simple, easy to use, affordable and it makes a nice touch to any TV.

I got a webcam that would have taken up some hard-to-come-by real estate on my desk and I had the bright idea to see if I could find some way to mount it to my monitor. I searched for "monitor shelf" or something vague and viola! Problem solved. I got 2 of these and they are exactly what I had envisioned. They are a little weird to mount because there are screws to loosen and tighten the legs, but once they are set they are SET. The shelf is very sturdy and I have no fear of it toppling with my webcam on it. Great value for something I didn't realize I needed so much.

While I rated these shelves as Easy to install, they certainly are that, I put a slightly lower rating on sturdiness because they have "standoff legs" that set against the rear of the monitor These legs work well, but the hinge that attaches the leg to the shelf, uses a screw in type attachment, one of them broke the first time I tried to tightened it enough to hold the leg in place. The others are working fine.

For the price, I can't complain. These are plastic and easy to set up on the top of the TV or computer monitor. I use it for my lil echo dot and my Kasa tilt camera. Just to get them up and out of the way. But still accessible. Comes with 3 but my daughter stole one from me to use on her monitor. (She says she's happy with it) but yes. Functional shelf space for wasted space.

I was expecting cheap, but perhaps not THIS cheap. The shelves are not terribly sturdy, so don't even think about putting anything on them that isn't exceptionally light, or, in the worst case scenario, that you wouldn't mind losing if it goes crashing to the ground. Installation is supposed to be simple: lower the legs, position the bottom of each leg to the back of the TV, and tighten the screw. Unfortunately, gravity is your worst enemy here, as once you get one leg in place it seems like you can't get the second one down without dislodging the first. Trial and error, coupled with a lot of frustration, seem to be an essential part of the procedure. These shelves do qualify as better than nothing, though I'm certainly disappointed with how flimsy they are.

This worked well “as it was” on TOP of our Panasonic 50” TV to use our Roku system. We had tried to used it wedged next to or TV, but it was not easy to pick up its signal. This works on to top of the TV and consistently works well for using.

No complaints here except that my tv is moved a lot and I had to put double sided tape on the shelf so that it would not get knocked down. This is no fault of the shelf but me and the kids being rough with the tv. Happy I got the 3 pack. It’s strong enough to hold my Xbox on top of the tv (not designed for something that large).
