We had one talons on a used boar we purchased. My husband wanted one on the other side. It was simple to install with help because it does have some weight to it. He has used it and loves it. He is already looking at replacing the old one when this one is paid off.

I self installed two of the 12 foot Talons on my Ranger 198P. Slight change in boat idling with extra weight in back. No issues with hole shot. Easy install and Bluetooth connections to my Helix 12’s. Very good product

    • Should have bought one years ago
works as described, fast and quiet. I had a problem with the appearance of the Talon and the seller (hotdealstech) took care of the problem within days, they get 5 stars. Now for the bad, the Talon draws power contentiously (per Minn Kota) and will draw the battery down in days. So connect it to a master off switch so you can cut ALL power to it when not in use. ... show more
