I’ve only been taking this product for about a month now and I really feel like it’s helping with my energy. My right knee felt a little painful before I started this and now I’m not having to “crab walk “ down the stairs. I think that it’s worth a try if you’re considering buying it.

I've been taking these vitamin supplements for about a week and a half. I noticed the first week my joints didn't feel stiff in my knees and shoulders. I have more energy and don't feel tired and fatigued like I use too. This vitamin D3 K2 doesn't take a long time to start working. I'm aware that everyone's body and health situation is different than others. However I believe that if you use these vitamins as recommended, and be consistent and patient. You will see positive results and feel better. I haven't been feeling drained and feeling brain fog anymore. Since I've been using these D3 K2 Magnesium vitamins. These vitamins are easy to swallow and doesn't have a taste to them. I'm experiencing health improvements since taking these vitamins.

I’ve used Dr. Berg’s D3/K2, I have used other brands as well. I also use to take Pure Encapsulations magnesium in the past, and I take quercetin daily due to histamine intolerance. Aside from the quercetin, I never really felt a noticeable difference from any of them. I’m naturally an early bird, but I always crash around 11 a.m. I also always need to nap after eating, which is why I always skip breakfast and lunch. On the very first day I took Sandhu’s supplement—literally the first day—I felt an energy boost like never before. No 11am crash! I took three capsules to reach 15,000 IU of vitamin D since it’s winter and I live in Minnesota, and wow. I was so surprised that I didn’t feel tired around 11 a.m. on the first day that I decided to test it further. On the third day, I ate lunch—and still didn’t need a nap afterward. After a week, I intentionally stopped taking the supplement to see if the energy change was really related. Sure enough, the 11 a.m. fatigue returned, and I needed a nap after lunch again. I restarted the supplement the next day, and the fatigue disappeared completely. I have never taken a supplement that produced such an immediate and surprising effect. Note to the manufacturer: Please never change the formula, and never stop producing this supplement.
