    • Great SSD for Media needs.
Color: Black Capacity: 2TB
This has been a helpful buy as I shoot in RAW I my SONY Alpha AR-7 and want to edit photos before printing and uploading to my website. It's easy to transfer the images from my Lexar Professional CFexpress Type A / SD USB 3.2 Gen 2 Reader to this SSD and I can then edit in Photoshop directly from the SSD, saving my MacBook Pro hard drive. Connectivity is solid. The device fits in my camera bag, too, which is extremely helpful and feels quite durable even though it's not heavy. It operates quietly and I don't recall it getting very hot. It's a great product that does what it's supposed to. ... show more

    • My new gold standard that everything else is measured against at this time
Color: Black Capacity: 4TB
No joke, this drive is the best ive had. I have gone through like, 8 computers on this baby, and its made it so i can plug and play all my games whenever in a pinch. Granted, its not as good as using an SSD via SATA, but my god, its hard to tell much of a difference. If you need a drive thats for gaming on the go, for use on a steamdeck, or whatever, it can handle it. HIGHLY recommend this, out of the 15 external drives ive had, easily the best. Pros: Comes with all the cables you could need, though no case. No problem, i had a few of my own that worked. Cables are long enough to put on top or have it touch the desk on a full sized desktop, and arent too big to prevent me from using other ports. Portable as hell, like, no joke, I can grab this drive, take it over to my buddies place, sign into a spare computer at his place, and play after adding the drive in steam. Connections, it comes with USBC to USBC and a USBC to USBA, none of those wacky proprietary connectors into the drive like in years past. Its easy to use and install, plug and play, and works off the bat. Con: It gets a touch warm? But like, thats to be expected. Its an SSD, and those can put off crazy heat depending on what your doing to them ... show more

    • Works as it should
Color: Black Capacity: 2TB
Nothing fancy, but easy to use and works just fine. The storage is as advertised and it is easy to carry about as needed. I haven't had any issues with data loss and haven't had trouble using it or with the formatting. I mainly store game files on it so it mainly lives on my desktop, but I've taken it through the airport easily enough so it is versatile too. Overall it is what it claims to be. ... show more

    • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast, Reliable, and Built Like a Tank
Color: Black Capacity: 2TB
This Samsung T9 SSD is hands-down one of the best portable drives I’ve used. I picked up the 2TB model and I’m blown away by the speed. Transfers are incredibly fast — perfect for moving large video files or backing up my camera footage. I consistently get speeds near 2,000MB/s, which is exactly what Samsung promises (if you have a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port). The build quality is excellent. The rubberized casing feels tough and secure, and it’s got good grip for travel. I’ve tossed it in my backpack without worry. It’s also surprisingly compact for how much it can store. What I really appreciate is that it doesn’t overheat or slow down on big transfers. I’ve moved 200+ GB projects without any drop in performance. What I Fit On It: • 4K video projects • RAW photo backups • App data and Logic Pro files • Even game libraries It works seamlessly with my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro, and I love that it comes with both USB-C to C and USB-C to A cables in the box. ⚠️ Heads-up: If you don’t have a device with a 20Gbps USB port, you won’t get the full speed — but it’s still super fast even on 10Gbps USB-C. Also, the textured surface picks up lint, but that’s minor. ✅ Bottom Line: If you’re a creator, editor, or just want blazing-fast, ultra-reliable portable storage — the T9 is absolutely worth it. Speed, build, and performance are top-notch. ... show more

    • ★★★★★ Perfect Upgrade for Tesla Dashcam, Sentry Mode — and Steam Gaming in the Car
Color: Black Capacity: 1TB
I picked up the Samsung T9 1TB Portable SSD to replace the stock USB drive in my Tesla Model S. Not only is it a massive upgrade for Dashcam and Sentry Mode, but it’s also fast and spacious enough to store and run Steam games directly in the Tesla. 🚗 Tesla Use – Dashcam & Sentry Mode: Instantly recognized by the car after formatting. No more "USB too slow" warnings — it handles Tesla’s multi-camera recording without breaking a sweat. Reliable and fast, even after hours of recording. Stays cool and stable — no overheating issues. 🎮 Steam in the Tesla: Plenty of space to store a bunch of games. Load times are quick and smooth when launching Steam titles in the car. Perfect for road trips, charging stops, or just showing off what your car can do. Finally — a single drive that handles both Tesla features and in-car gaming. 📦 Build & Quality: Rugged, rubberized body that feels premium. Compact enough to fit in the glovebox or console without clutter. Comes with a sturdy USB-C cable — no flimsy connectors here. 🎯 Final Verdict: If you want one drive that does it all — records Dashcam and Sentry Mode footage and lets you game in your Tesla — the Samsung T9 is it. Fast, reliable, and spacious. It’s the upgrade your Tesla didn’t know it needed. ... show more
