Love the matte finish on the screen and works perfectly in the living room where a big black square on the wall just wouldn’t cut it! Wish the app (additional price) included more western art but it is what it is. Happy with purchase.

    • The FRAME tv comes with no frame
I am so confused! I was specifically asked to select a frame color and the tv came early but with no frame! It’s been days and I have no clue if/when it’s coming. And unlike the other user who had this issue, there’s no weather issues right now. Also, I should have done more research, but I didn’t and so I’m here to warn all of you who are like me. This tv comes with a mandatory use, 1990’s, GIANT black box. So if you’ve wired to plug your tv in behind and hide all cords, you cannot. You have to find a way to disguise an ugly black box and you’ll have at least one cord hanging from the tv. Completely defeating the purpose of it looking like a picture! Samsung, cmon. Just make it slightly thicker and add the computer components in the tv, for gods sake. Picture frames come in all shapes and sizes, it doesn’t have to be razor thin. It’s more important that cords and retro black boxes aren’t showing. OY! ... show more

So far the tv is great but kind of loses the whole illusion when you don’t have the frame piece which we have yet to receive and is essentially why you pay a premium on this tv “for the look”….. maybe I’ll update if we actually are sent it. **UPDATE** the company responded quickly and the frame was already on the way just took a few extra days. Just hung it today and set up seemed pretty simple. So far we like the tv but need to live with it a few more days. Off the bat I don’t love that it’s a little darker when viewing from the side and more vibrant head on. This makes it not look as much like a painting. Maybe I’ll find where to correct this in settings. Also be aware you’ll have to pay if you’re picky and want to have access to some good art. Only around $6-$10/mo but death by 1000 cuts these days. Lastly the frame option we ordered (teak) didn’t work with our living room once we saw it in place but we were told we couldn’t exchange it. ... show more

Somewhat confusing to use at first, if you aren't already set up with smart apps, alexa, smart things, etc. But once it was set up and hung on the wall, it looks and works like a charm. Beautiful! Really does look like a framed picture on the wall.
